Welcome to the Sacred Soul Sanctuary.

I'm Elder Sherrell Savage,

And this is a sacred space for breath,

Stillness,

And becoming.

Here,

We honor the body as holy ground,

We honor rest as a spiritual practice,

And we create space to meet God in the quiet.

As we begin,

Please remember that this offering is shared for spiritual reflection,

Grounding,

And encouragement.

It is not a substitute for medical,

Mental health,

Or professional care.

You are invited to listen with tenderness and discernment,

To pause,

Adjust,

Or stop at any time.

Take what serves you in this moment and gently release the rest.

Now,

Allow your shoulders to soften,

Your jaw to unclench,

And invite your breath to return home.

This prayer is offered as a companion for your journey of sacred singleness,

A season of alignment,

Peace,

And wholeness.

When you're ready,

Let us begin.

Beloved God,

Source of peace,

Wisdom,

And presence,

I come to you just as I am.

Today,

I honor this season of my life,

Not as empty,

Not as lacking,

But as holy ground.

I am not waiting to be chosen.

I am choosing alignment.

I offer you,

My body,

This living temple,

This sacred vessel of breath,

Bone,

And becoming.

Teach me to treat myself with reverence,

To listen when my body whispers,

To rest before I am weary,

To say no without guilt,

And yes without fear.

I release connections that bring confusion instead of clarity.

I release relationships that ask me to shrink,

To rush,

Or to abandon my peace.

Today,

I choose clarity over chaos.

I choose peace over proximity.

I choose truth over attachment.

God,

Where there is grief,

Meet me gently.

Where there is longing,

Hold me tenderly.

Where there is desire,

Grant me discernment.

Remind me that I do not fear being alone,

For I am never without you.

You walk with me in quiet mornings.

You sit with me in still evenings.

You steady me when my heart remembers what was and wonders about what will be.

Prepare me in this season,

Not through lack,

But through wholeness,

Not through waiting,

But through becoming.

Guard my energy today.

Settle my nervous system.

Order my steps in peace.

Let my life feel spacious.

Let my joy feel clean.

Let my boundaries feel like love.

I trust your timing.

I trust the wisdom of my body.

I trust the peace that guides me forward.

This season is not empty.

It is sacred.

And I receive it with gratitude,

With openness,

And with faith.

Amen.

As we close,

Take a moment to notice your body,

Your breath,

The space around your heart.

May the peace you touched here remain with you.

May your boundaries feel like love.

May your spirit stay rooted and guided.

Thank you for allowing me to share this sacred moment with you.

You are welcome to return whenever you need rest,

Clarity,

Or grounding.

Until we meet again,

Breathe deeply,

Move gently,

And continue becoming.

Peace and blessings.
