Feel your body coming alive with vitality.

Now shift your focus to the middle of your chest,

Where your heart lies.

Think of someone who brings warmth to your life.

Picture their smile.

Allow yourself to feel the connection between you and this person.

Bring your attention to your mind.

Imagine it as a glowing light,

Filled with wisdom and intuition.

Ask yourself,

What does my body,

My relationships,

And myself need today to thrive?

Listen closely to any responses from within.

Take one more deep breath,

And when you're ready,

Remember that your vitality is with within reach,

Always accessible.
