Take a deep breath in,
Deep,
Deep breath into your nose and exhale through your mouth and just relax.
Relax the muscles in your face,
Soften your eyes,
Soften your gaze.
Relax the tension in your shoulders,
In your neck,
Your arms,
Your hands.
And again,
Take a deep breath in,
Deep,
Deep breath into your nose and exhale through your mouth and relax some more.
Quiet your mind,
Quiet your thoughts.
And one more time,
Take a deep breath in,
Deep,
Deep breath into your nose and as you exhale,
Focus your attention to your heart center and say from your heart,
I ask and I intend to create a powerful,
Pure,
Clear,
Clean,
Sacred space.
I now ask to release and to let go of all distracting thoughts,
Energies and information.
I ask to let go of all of those energies and frequencies from my energy field and physical body now.
And I ask,
I intend and I choose that only the energy of my own higher self and the energy of Source be present with me now.
And I ask and it is my intent for this session to now release all frequencies,
Thoughts,
Beliefs and programming from my physical body and from my energy field that no longer serve me.
And I choose to replace them with a new energy that is fully aligned with who I really am,
With my highest good and with my divine purpose here on earth.
And so it is.
Take a deep breath in and as I exhale,
I now imagine,
I visualize,
I intend,
I see,
Feel,
Sense a ball of light above me,
A ball of white and purple light,
Pure,
Clean,
White and deep purple.
This ball of light is filled with Source energy.
It is pure Source frequency,
So pure,
So clear,
So clean.
Take a deep breath in and as I exhale,
I now bring this light down through the top of my head,
Filling every cell in my head,
Every cell in my face,
My brain,
My skull.
It is filling my neck and my throat,
It is filling my shoulders,
My arms,
My hands,
My fingers,
It is filling my spine,
It is filling my entire back.
And from my throat,
This pure white and purple energy fills every cell in my chest,
In my heart and it flows down to my stomach,
To my intestinal tract.
It fills my entire belly,
It fills my pelvis,
My hips,
My upper legs,
My thighs,
It fills my knees,
My calves,
My ankles and my feet,
All the way to the tip of my toes.
And this pure white and purple light is now coming out of the bottom of my feet,
Anchoring me down deep,
Deep into the core of this earth.
And while I bathe in this divine light,
While I keep bathing in this energy,
This purple and white energy,
Source energy,
I focus on my heart center and I allow every cell in my body to release all the discomforts,
The doubts,
The worries,
The fears,
The confusion,
All the outdated belief systems,
While every cell awakens their unique divine blueprint.
And while this energy continues to do its work,
Awakening my divine blueprint in every cell of my body and energy field,
I start to reprogram myself,
Releasing old beliefs and blocks from my conscious,
Subconscious and cellular memory,
By saying from my heart,
I now ask,
I intend and I choose to release my confusion about my purpose here on earth,
About my purpose for this human incarnation from every cell in my lungs.
I ask to release my anger about unclear guidance and my anger about how I was apparently left alone here,
On this strange planet,
Having to find it all out,
Find it all out on my own,
How it works here on earth,
How this human experience really works,
Having to do that all by myself with no help whatsoever from my spirit guides.
I now ask to release all of my confusion,
Anger and frustration about this belief system,
About this experience from every cell in my throat.
And I ask to release all of my frustration about daily physical reality,
About how difficult it all is from every cell in my lungs.
Take a deep breath in and as I exhale,
I visualize blowing all of these old energies and beliefs and frequencies out.
I blow them out and they are just gone.
I keep letting go while I move to the next thing.
Now I focus on my kidneys while I say,
I ask to release my fear of life on earth from every cell in my kidneys.
I ask to release any and all fears that have to do with living my life here on earth,
With no clue,
No direction.
I ask to release especially the fear and belief system that I am unfit and incapable of living my life here in an aligned way.
And most of all,
I ask to release the belief that I can't overcome human fears at all.
I ask to release this belief from every cell in my kidneys.
And so it is.
Take a deep breath in and as I exhale,
I keep visualizing blowing them out.
All the lower energies and frequencies leaving my body,
Leaving my kidneys,
Leaving my energy field.
Now I focus on my reproductive organs and I say,
I ask to release all of my confusion about expressing sexuality spiritually.
I ask to release all of my confusion about birthing a new human species.
Take a deep breath in and again I blow it out.
And then from my entire skeleton I say,
I ask to release all of my frustration about feeling stuck in a physical body.
I ask to release the belief that I am limited by my body.
I ask to release my belief that it is normal for my body to get old and weak.
This is just a belief system and I let go of it now.
I let go of this belief from every part of me,
From my bones,
From my cells.
And I now replace this belief system with a new belief that says that my body is designed and capable of staying young,
Healthy and balanced.
I now also ask to release the belief that I must follow mainstream medical advice about my body's aging.
I let go of this belief from every part of me.
And I replace it now with a new belief that aligns with what is best for me and that is aligned with the divine truth.
Take a deep breath in and as I exhale I let go and I allow this new program to enter my cells.
As I focus on my joints and connective tissue,
I say,
I now ask to release the feeling that I am restricted in my body.
I let go of this feeling from every cell and joint and I replace it with a new energy and a new belief that supports my flexibility,
My expansion and my highest good.
And I also now ask Intend and Choose to release the belief that I can't reverse any physical problem in my joints of connective tissue.
I let go of this false belief from every part of me and again I replace it with a new belief that aligns with the divine truth and my highest purpose.
Take a deep breath in and as I exhale I now ask to continue releasing old beliefs that no longer serve me and replace them with new beliefs that bring joy,
Peace,
Trust and love.
My new energy and frequency aligns only with my highest good and that of others.
This new energy and belief system supports me in feeling aligned with my divine self and knowing that everything is in perfect order according to the divine plan.
Take a deep breath in and as I exhale I feel this white and purple light moving through every cell in my body.
Emanating out,
Radiating out into my energy field and surrounding me like a warm blanket of love.
This is the energy that is reprogramming my cells now.
And I remember the work I'm doing on myself also affects global consciousness.
I trust that I am on my path and doing important work.
This is what I am here to do,
To be,
To be the energy of source.
More and more.
And by reprogramming my own body and consciousness and allowing this source frequency to do the work for me,
Through me,
I shift my own perspective and open all new possibilities.
In the collective human consciousness.
And that is huge.
The shift is done.
I allow it to unfold.
I trust.
I surrender.
And so it is.
