Imagine a soft golden glow beginning to form in the center of your heart,

A warm comforting light radiating within your chest.

Feel this light expand with each breath,

Carrying with it the whispers of appreciation,

Gently filling your entire being.

Imagine a simple yet beautiful sensation in your life,

Perhaps the warmth of the sun on your skin,

The soothing fragrance of blooming flowers or the peaceful sound of rain against your window.

Allow the beauty of this simple moment to rise within you,

Merging with the soft glow in your heart.

Notice how effortlessly the feeling of gratitude begins to quiet your mind,
