Hello and welcome.

I want you to know that you are safe here.

This meditation is for you,

To help you remember who you are,

These words will centre you and open your heart to love.

When we rise in love we work at the highest vibration and activate our soul purpose.

This is your true nature and in this beautiful love energy you can rest,

Be and experience joy.

You are always loved.

You are divinely held.

You are surrounded in love and light.

You are divine energy here on Earth.

You are always connected with Source Energy in such beautiful ways and love is always there for you.

You are always connected.

You are always guided.

And you are walking the path that you are here to do for your soul.

I want you to believe in true love.

I want you to believe in an infinite power that surrounds you.

All the experiences in your life are lessons to help you grow and expand.

All are gifted to you to learn.

The experience.

Step out of those shadows and walk in the light.

Walk the beautiful path that is illuminated in front of you with no fear.
