Let's begin finding a nice comfy spot to sit or to lay down.

You can also close your eyes if that feels nice.

Take a deep breath in and let it out slowly.

You are here to relax,

So let's make this a peaceful time just for you.

Imagine you're walking into a peaceful garden.

It's a warm and sunny day.

And the air smells fresh and sweet.

There are colorful flowers all around you and beautiful butterflies are gently flying by.

Take a slow and deep breath through your nose and then let it out through your mouth.

Feel how your body relaxes just like the flowers in the garden.

As you walk through the garden you see a little path made out of soft,

Smooth stones.

It feels so nice under your feet.

You start walking along the path.

And every step you feel calm and peaceful.

You start walking along the pathway.

Every step you take makes you feel more calm and more at ease.

You hear the soft sound of birdies singing in the trees.

Their songs make you feel so happy and safe.

Let the music fill you up with calm just like the flowers are just full of sunshine.

You find a cozy spot to sit on the soft grass.

It's warm and the sun is shining gently onto your face.

Take a deep breath in and feel the sun on your skin.

Breathe out,

Letting go of any worries.

Now take a moment and imagine the warmth of the sun,

The sweet smell of the flowers and the peaceful sound of the birds.

Feel how calm your body is.

And now that you're safe in this beautiful garden you can stay here for as long as you would like.

Whenever you need to feel calm and peaceful.

This garden is always here for you.

Just a breath away.

When you're ready to come back,

Take one last deep breath with me and let it out slowly.

Gently start to wiggle your fingers and your toes.

When you're ready,

Slowly open your eyes,

Feeling peaceful and happy.
