Welcome to this meditation for deep,

Peaceful sleep.

This meditation supports you in releasing any energies you may have picked up throughout the day,

Letting go of heavy or repetitive thoughts and guiding your body into deep relaxation so you can rest peacefully.

Before we begin,

Allow yourself to settle comfortably in your bed.

Adjust your position until your body feels fully supported.

Know that,

Once this meditation ends,

You can simply drift into uninterrupted sleep,

Gently enjoying the healing frequencies.

When you are ready,

Gently close your eyes.

We begin by bringing your awareness back into your physical body.

So often,

Our thoughts travel far from where we are.

We may be at home while thinking about work,

Family,

Responsibilities,

Conversations,

Or plans for tomorrow.

When awareness is scattered,

The body never fully relaxes,

And sleep can feel restless.

So now,

Take a gentle,

Slow,

Deep breath in,

And mentally repeat after me three times.

I bring my consciousness back into my physical body,

Totally and completely right now.

Again,

Slowly.

I bring my consciousness back into my physical body,

Totally and completely right now.

One last time.

I bring my consciousness back into my physical body,

Totally and completely right now.

Take another deep breath in,

And softly exhale through the mouth,

Allowing tension to melt away.

As your awareness settles fully into your body,

You may begin to notice sensations,

Perhaps warmth,

Tingling,

A sense of presence,

Or a gentle calm.

Whatever you experience is perfect.

As everything feels just right,

Allow a feeling of gratitude to arise.

Gratitude for choosing this moment to rest.

Gratitude for your physical body,

Which has supported you throughout the entire day.

So often we forget how much our body does for us.

Every step,

Every breath,

Every movement through life is made possible by it.

Silently,

Thank your body and each cell for carrying you through the day.

And as you feel this gratitude,

Notice a lightness spreading within you.

The more you allow yourself to enjoy this feeling,

The lighter you become.

And as you grow lighter,

Relaxation naturally deepens.

You feel so light that you begin floating like a feather,

And gently landing on a peaceful beach at night.

Above you,

A vast sky filled with stars stretches endlessly.

The atmosphere is calm and quiet,

And you feel safe and protected.

Feel the soft sand beneath your feet Notice the temperature of the night air on your skin.

Perhaps a soft breeze moves around you.

Take in the scent of the sea.

Listen to the rhythmic sounds of waves meeting the shore.

Slowly walk toward the water and place your feet into the warm sea.

Feel the water washing over your feet,

Carrying away the day.

Every worry,

Every heavy thought,

Every emotion that does not belong to you dissolves and flows away with the water.

Anything you may have picked up from others during the day gently washes off and returning to where it belongs.

Remain here,

With your feet in the water for a few moments,

Feeling lighter and freer with each breath.

And when you are ready,

Step back onto the soft sand.

As your feet touch the ground,

Imagine gentle roots growing from the soles of your feet,

Extending deep into the earth beneath the beach.

Feel the loving support of Mother Earth holding you,

Grounding you and nourishing you with stability.

You are safe.

You are supported.

You are protected.

You belong here.

Now gently lift your gaze towards the sky.

From above,

A soft golden white light begins to shine down upon you.

This protective light flows through your body,

Clearing any remaining heaviness and surrounding you with a comforting layer of protection.

Feel this light wrapping around your body,

Your aura,

Your subtle energy bodies,

Creating warmth,

Safety and peace.

You feel cozy,

Cozy,

Calm and completely held.

As you continue gazing the sky,

A soft cloud begins to descend toward the beach.

It grows larger as it approaches until it gently lands in front of you.

You step onto the cloud.

It feels soft,

Warm and welcoming,

Like the perfect bed.

A blanket of softness wraps around you.

You notice that the roots from your feet remain connected deep within the earth,

Extending and extending and yet they don't pull you down.

While you are floating onto the cloud,

You feel free and supported at the same time.

The cloud moves slowly,

Gently rocking you.

Up and up it rises,

Carrying you peacefully into the night sky.

Each movement feels like a lullaby,

Soothing your body and mind The cloud floats higher into the dream world where rest comes naturally.

Allow yourself to enjoy this gentle journey.

You may now drift into sleep or awaken later,

Feeling refreshed and replenished.
