Good morning, lovely being. Outside, the world is stretching… birds tuning their voices, leaves rustling, and a rooster calling life into the day. Let these gentle sounds welcome you, soften you, and open a little space inside for what this day could become. Return to it whenever you wish... nature will greet you just as kindly, every single time.

There you are,

You lovable being.

Good morning and welcome into this new day.

A new dawn,

A new sunrise,

A new beginning is awaiting.

Gently,

Calmly,

Happily.

For you and for your presence.

Before we go any further,

Let your body take its place.

I would like to invite you to find a comfortable position,

A nice straight spine,

Seating,

Standing or even laying,

Wherever you are,

Whatever feels best right now.

Let's take one long,

Deep breath,

Inhale through your nose,

Hold and exhale through your mouth.

Let's do it one more time.

Try and fill your lungs slowly and deeply,

Hold and exhale through your mouth.

One last time,

Fill your lungs as much as you can,

Hold and exhale through your mouth.

Do you feel how your body is settling?

And your mind?

How close you are to a tiny smile?

At the corner of your eyes?

Or at the corner of your lips?

Everything is open today.

Nothing is set.

Nothing is written.

You get to shape the way this day unfolds.

With your breath,

Your presence and your gentle power.

The power to give this day its tone.

Grounding,

Active,

Playful,

Calming,

Whatever you feel you need most.

Let's take a moment to check how you feel.

What's moving in you this morning?

Is it a sensation?

An emotion?

A particular mood?

Or a desire?

Just notice it.

Feel it.

And welcome it.

Ask yourself gently what you need most today.

Is it a bit more calm?

A bit more light?

A bit more perspective?

Or could it be a little bit more contact or adventure?

Whatever it is,

Let it rise within you.

Let it exist.

And inspire you along the day.

Now,

I would like to invite you to repeat a couple of affirmations after me.

You can repeat them out loud or in your heart.

What matters most is to do it with sincerity.

Today,

I will welcome what the day has to offer with curiosity.

Today,

I will look for the beauty in all the little things.

Today,

I will engage with people with care and kindness.

Today,

I will simply do my best.

And that's actually the best I can do.

Before ending this meditation,

Let your body wake up a little.

If you are laying,

You can sit up or stand.

And start rolling your shoulders gently.

And as far and high as you can,

Slowly.

Feel your shoulders.

Now stretch your arms,

One after the other.

Take your time.

Stretch them to the sides,

To the ceiling,

In every direction.

And let your spine grow a little taller too.

Expand your ribcage as you breathe in.

Stretch your legs a little,

Your toes.

And now one big,

Long stretch with your whole body.

Yes,

That's it.

And now,

Take one more deep breath.

And let it all go.

You can smile.

You just started the day with a wonderful morning ritual.

I wish you a lovely journey today.
