Welcome dear one and thank you for being here.

Let's create a sacred space together with the practice of Yoga Nidra for your absolute highest and greatest good and for healing your life,

Your body,

And your relationships into wholeness and harmony.

And take a moment now to get really comfortable,

Allowing your body to find a very restful position on your bed,

On a couch,

Or on a yoga mat,

Or wherever you might be resting,

Maybe in a recliner.

Arranging your body in such a way that you are as comfortable as you possibly can.

Bringing in pillows,

Cushions,

Blankets,

Or any other props to assist your body in finding comfort.

If you are practicing during the day,

You may choose to bring in an eye pillow or eye cover to place over your eyes.

So take your time now to find what you need.

You can always pause this recording if you have to get something and then come back.

Once your body feels comfortable,

Gently close the eyes and take your awareness inward,

Making any final adjustments to your position to be even 1% more comfortable.

For creating this comfort for your body is truly a very important foundation for our practice of Yoga Nidra.

Yoga Nidra in itself is a state where your body is fully relaxed.

So it is a deep state of relaxation where you still retain some trace awareness and you will be able to follow the guidance of my voice.

Know that if you do drift off to unconscious sleep,

That that is also fine and is exactly what you needed.

You may also choose to listen to this recording at night when you want to drift off into deep unconscious sleep.

So now give intention to either stay aware and awake and yet totally relaxed if you wish or give intention to allow yourself to drift into sleep easily and effortlessly.

Once you have that intention of either staying awake or allowing yourself to drift off to sleep,

Now bring to mind either a health challenge or a relationship challenge or simply a challenging life situation that you wish to receive healing for with this practice.

Once you have this challenge or situation in mind,

Let's form an intention for deep healing.

You can use your own words formulating an affirmation as your intention.

Something in the present tense.

A clear statement that the healing has already happened in that situation or challenge.

If you're not sure how to formulate your intention,

You can choose to use one of the following intentions.

My body is healed and whole.

My body is healed and whole.

My life is joyful and harmonious.

My life is joyful and harmonious.

There is deep peace and love in my relationships.

There is deep peace and love in my relationships.

Or simply,

All is well in my life.

All is well in my life.

Now state your intention to yourself silently in your mind's voice three times.

Gently guide your awareness to your heart space in the middle of the chest and imagine that you are planting your intention in the fertile soil of your heart.

And then simply release it,

Knowing that you don't have to think about it or try to make it happen.

Simply allow yourself to relax and have everything taken care of for you.

Beginning our Yoga Nidra practice now with three deep inhales and sighs.

Inhaling through the nose,

Sighing it out through the mouth.

And again,

In through the nose,

Out through the mouth,

Letting go.

And one more time,

In through the nose,

Out through the mouth,

Letting go completely.

Allow your breath to settle into its own natural rhythm and feel the weight of your body sinking down into the surface beneath you.

Have a sense of being held by the love of Mother Earth.

Feel yourself being held lovingly in this space,

Feeling comfortable and safe,

Loved and nurtured.

Feel the depth of Mother Love holding you here.

Now imagine your entire body being surrounded by a cocoon of soft golden light.

Soft golden shimmering light encasing your entire body in loving embrace.

Feel this universal spiritual energy as unconditional love surrounding your entire body,

Imagining it or visualizing it as soft golden shimmering light all around you.

Feeling safe,

Protected,

And deeply loved and cherished by this universal loving energy.

Feel yourself being held unconditionally here in this space by both the Mother Love and the Spirit Love.

All around you,

Beneath you,

Above you,

On your left and right,

Below your feet,

Above your head.

Beautiful loving energy holding you here in this space.

Feel how your body begins to relax even more.

Feel your forehead softening,

Your eyes and eyelids relaxing,

Your temples softening,

And your cheeks,

Your lips and jaw.

Feel your whole face relaxed,

Soft,

And full.

Feel relaxation rinsing through your skull and down your neck,

Pouring to your shoulders.

Feel your throat softening,

Opening,

Releasing tension.

Allow the relaxation flow down your arms,

All through the arms into the hands and fingers,

Right down to the tips of the fingers and thumbs.

Sense your whole chest softening now,

Feeling your heart opening and relaxing.

Feel your solar plexus easing tension and your belly and the whole pelvis.

Sense your whole torso relaxed and at peace.

The front of your torso,

Your whole back and spine.

Sense the softness throughout the pelvic bowl and in both hips.

Feel this wave of release flowing down the legs,

All the way down to the feet and to the tips of all 10 toes.

Your whole body fully relaxed now,

Feeling soft and receptive,

Feeling safe and comfortable.

Sense the flow of your breath and imagine that you're drawing your breath up from the soles of the feet,

Up the legs,

Up the torso,

To the top of the head.

As you exhale,

Breath is flowing down your body,

Cascading down over your entire body like a gentle waterfall.

Draw each inhalation up through the soles of the feet,

Up the legs and through the center of your body to the crown of the head and out from the crown of the head.

Allow your exhalation cascade down gently all around you and back to your feet.

Continue sensing and feeling,

Mentally directing the energy in this way as you breathe naturally.

Inhaling up,

Exhaling down.

Inhaling up through the center of the body,

Exhaling down like water flowing gently all around you.

Directing breath and energy this way,

Gently with the inhalation moving energy up,

Exhalation energy flowing down.

Continuing this way for several breath cycles.

Now letting that go,

Allowing your breath to move gently on its own without any focus upon it specifically.

As the body is breathing itself,

Can you feel how the body is getting very heavy?

Feel both feet getting so heavy.

Your lower legs and knees heavy like lead.

Thighs and hips very,

Very heavy.

Feel your belly and chest so heavy.

Feel gravity pulling your body down.

Deeper and deeper into the earth,

Sinking down like a rock.

Feel your shoulders,

Arms and hands heavy like lead.

And your head heavy like a rock.

You might imagine your whole body filling with heavy sand,

Sinking deeper and deeper.

Feeling safe to let go completely into the pull of gravity,

Sinking.

Now shift your awareness and feel your body growing light as a feather.

Your feet weightless.

Lower legs and knees hollow.

Thighs and hips so light.

Belly and chest completely weightless.

So light and free.

Feel as though your body is beginning to float.

Shoulders,

Arms and hands hollow and free.

And your whole head empty and free.

Feel as though your whole body is filling with air.

And your whole body is floating off the surface.

Floating up higher and higher.

Floating like a feather in a gentle breeze.

Like a cloud up in the sky.

Feel what it likes to float in your energy body.

Free of all limitations or free of all inhibitions.

Free of your past and future.

Just floating safely and comfortably.

So light and free.

And now ever so gently reconnect with your body.

Reconnecting your energy body fully.

Fully integrating with your physical body.

Resting here so relaxed and so very very comfortable.

Letting go of any lingering sense of heaviness or lightness.

Feel your body returning to a neutral state.

Neither heavy nor light.

But just feeling perfectly comfortable and just right.

Sensing that gentle flow of the breath again.

As you fully integrate your awareness back into your body.

Allowing yourself to remain so relaxed.

And guiding your awareness into the space between the eyebrows.

The third eye.

Give yourself permission to begin to drift deeper into inner awareness.

And yet if your intention was to remain awake.

Stay in touch with my guidance.

Otherwise continue to drift deeper inward.

Giving yourself permission to even drift off to an unconscious state of sleep.

To supporting you to your intention.

And as you focus gently into the third eye space.

In the forehead between the eyebrows.

Give yourself permission to let go of any last bit of tension or holding.

Feel perfectly safe and comfortable to let go completely.

As you rest in this inner awareness.

Allow the following images that I bring up.

Float through your awareness.

Experiencing them briefly.

Not clinging to them though or pushing them away.

Simply allow the experiences and images.

To just come and go.

Now allow these images and their associated experiences to melt away.

Now allow these images and their associated experiences to melt away.

Now allow these images and their associated experiences to melt away.

To drop away completely.

And give yourself permission to drift even deeper into inner awareness.

Finding a gentle peaceful stillness deep within you as you continue to drift inward.

Here in this space there is nothing to do or to achieve.

You have entered the dimension of grace.

Here everything is taken care of for you.

Now let go all need to control or manage situations or outcomes.

Trusting in your higher power to take care of everything for you.

Trusting the flow of life.

Knowing that you're always in the right place doing the right thing.

That you are supported and guided.

Opening to the idea that everything that is happening in your life,

In your relationships and or with your health is there as an invitation for deeper healing.

Knowing that every situation and challenge is there in your life as an invitation to find deep and lasting healing.

Is there to help you see what you are ready to see now whereas you weren't perhaps before.

Is there to point you into the direction of where you might have denied a part of your own self and where you are now ready perhaps to bring this part of yourself back into your life.

Forgiving yourself and accepting yourself for where you might have not been loving and now calling these parts back into love.

Opening to this idea that every challenge and difficult situation is there to help you open to your deeper self.

And to embrace with loving awareness all these different parts of yourself back into your heart.

Back into your very being.

Back into your life.

Releasing rejections.

Reclaiming these parts of yourself.

Forgiving as needed.

Making different choices as needed.

But no more rejecting any parts of your own self.

Call these parts back now gently.

Lovingly.

Give them permission to return.

To come back.

To be redeemed.

And to heal.

These parts of yourself that have been in your deep unconscious now surfacing gently so that you can hold them with unconditional love.

Releasing any judgements.

And with your willingness to allow this healing to happen.

Allow yourself now to rest in this sacred space for healing that we have co-created with our practice.

Allow yourself to rest here.

Feel yourself being held by the Mother,

The Divine Feminine,

And by the Loving Spirit,

The Divine Masculine.

Feel yourself being held and embraced by unconditional love and unconditional acceptance.

As you rest here,

Allow these following affirmations to resonate deep within your being.

Allowing my words to be your words.

I am still innocent.

I am still innocent.

I am loved deeply.

Just as I am in this moment.

And always.

I am loved deeply.

Just as I am in this moment.

And always.

I am a Divine Child of the Universe.

And the Universe loves me deeply,

Unconditionally.

I am healed and whole.

My body returns to its original blueprint of health and perfection.

Now allow your own intention to come back into your awareness.

Stating it to yourself three times in your mind's voice.

And if you don't remember your intention or you didn't set one,

Simply allow your inner wisdom to take care of everything for you.

Resolving to yourself now to trust your inner guidance and to trust your unfolding life path.

Knowing that you're always in the right place.

Knowing that you're always supported.

Knowing that you are connected to your deeper purpose for this lifetime.

And allowing yourself to walk this path with grace,

Openness and love.

For yourself and all others.

If you are listening to this at night and wish to continue to drift deeper into unconscious sleep,

Allow yourself to go there.

You can stop this recording or take off your headphones or simply just let yourself go so deep that you won't even hear what I say next.

Otherwise,

When you feel ready,

Let your awareness begin to surface.

Noticing the breath.

Allow your breath to deepen.

Sensing the air on your skin.

Maybe a blanket,

Maybe an eye covering.

With your closed eyes,

Just sense the room around you or the space around you.

Any sounds in the environment.

Giving yourself permission to linger here so that you can integrate this healing journey.

Lingering here as long as you like.

Staying relaxed.

And even when you choose to begin to bring gentle movements into your body,

Allow the peace to come with you into the rest of your day.

And the gentleness toward your own self.

Bring that also with you.

And a deep trust that the universe is good and operating correctly at all times.

This is called the healer's faith.

And you are now the healer of yourself and your own life.

Trusting that you are supported on this journey every step of the way.

And I feel so deeply honored that I can hold this healing space for you here today.

And whenever you choose to return to this practice.

From the deepest depth and love in my heart,

I honor you and your journey.
