Hello,

My name is Charlie Faulkner,

The creator of Highest Vibration Wellbeing and I'd like to invite you to join me for this guided abundance meditation,

A practice where we will take a slightly different approach to how we normally try to create a life that we want or draw things into our lives.

We are going to step out of the forceful push of the doing,

Of trying to make things happen and instead we're simply going to create space to invite them in,

To embody the magnetism that is receiving.

So we will begin by taking a comfortable seat we can also do this lying down and giving yourself a few moments to settle,

To get out any wriggles and to eventually come to stillness.

Now if you're sitting,

If you can placing your feet on the earth,

If you're lying down just noticing the back line of the body,

Feeling this connection to whatever you are lying on,

Whatever position you've chosen,

Feeling the stability,

The support,

This rooting and foundation beneath you.

Now as we begin to arrive,

Closing down the eyes,

By closing the eyes we begin to draw the awareness inwards.

We're going to signify the start of the practice by taking three rounds of long,

Slow,

Deep breaths.

So encouraging the breath to be slower,

Deeper,

More conscious than before.

As you inhale allowing the belly to expand,

The breath will rise through the body and as we exhale release through the mouth.

Twice more,

Inhale,

Exhale,

Inhale and exhale.

Closing down the mouth we're going to continue to breathe steadily,

Slowly through the nose.

As we connect to this moment,

To the breath,

We invite things to begin to slow down.

Inviting the mind and the body to settle and to start to create some space.

Now if any thoughts or sensations begin to arise,

Knowing that that is okay and totally normal.

We're not trying to change anything just yet.

We're simply creating space and releasing this grip on the ego.

Taking the pressure off and maybe with that thought you allow the physical body to soften just a little.

As we begin to really arrive and to settle into this space,

We're going to draw the awareness fully to the breath.

Noticing how we don't have to force the breath,

It just happens.

Noticing the sensations in the body as we breathe.

How each inhale is expansive.

It releases pressure and creates space from within.

And how each exhale invites a softening.

It has this essence and energy of coming back together.

Seeing if you can encourage the breath to be a little slower,

A little deeper.

Inviting the belly to expand.

And seeing if you can notice any little holds,

Tension or tightness in the body.

Can you take a deep breath into the belly and with your exhale allow the body to soften.

Now we're going to draw this awareness and sensation up to the space above the heart.

And the feelings within the heart.

How does your heart space feel?

Maybe it's a little tense,

Tight or heavy.

Maybe you don't feel much yet.

Wherever you're at,

Whatever you're feeling,

Knowing that's okay.

As we breathe a little more spaciousness into the body,

We're going to take a moment to ask yourself,

What do you want to invite into your life?

What do you want to invite into your life?

How something might come up straight away or might take a little more time.

It could be a tangible,

Physical thing.

A promotion.

A project you're working on to succeed.

Money,

Freedom in a physical or mental capacity.

Maybe it's an emotion or sensation.

More joy.

More love.

More connection.

More inspiration.

What is it that you want?

Maybe if you can choose just one or two words to identify that thing or things.

Such as love and money.

Now instead of really reaching for it,

We're going to sit or lie exactly where we are.

And we're going to magnetize it towards us.

We're going to visualize a radiant,

Warm ball of light hovering on your chest.

Above our heart space energetic center.

Our Anahata chakra.

Now giving this ball of light a color.

Perhaps a warmth.

A texture.

Now as we inhale,

This ball of energy,

Of light expands just a little.

Its edges are blurred like the sun with whips of energy exploring the world around it.

And as we exhale,

The ball becomes smaller.

It draws that energy from the outside world in.

Now thinking of that thing you want in your life.

Keep it in your mind.

And imagine it existing in the space around you.

Each time we breathe,

That ball of light expands a little bigger.

And as we exhale,

It draws that thing you want into your space and your existence.

You become magnetic.

Now each time we breathe,

This light expands and eventually,

It surrounds your body.

Holding you.

Encompassing you like a warm,

Comforting hug.

In the full embodied essence of that thing you want,

You become it.

Now the ego clings to this illusion of control.

This idea that things will only come to us if we keep pushing.

And to an extent,

It is partially true.

But we have to find a balance and make space for things to also come to us.

True freedom and alignment comes from the art of surrender.

When we let go of how we believe we're meant to get to things,

We make space for them to enter.

As we step into the flow of the universe,

With less force,

Becomes less resistance,

We can start to embody the sensation of what it would be like to have that thing.

Or be that thing we feel drawn to.

As if we already have or are it.

And all we're really doing is simply guiding it home.

Over the next few breaths,

This sphere of energy begins to get a little smaller.

More compact.

More certain.

As it guides its way back to your body and your heart.

The fact that we even exist in this world shows that it is working in our favor.

Everything we want is out there.

It's a possibility.

We just have to trust.

Create space.

Embody the feeling.

And magnetize it in.

Occasionally taking the pressure off and letting it come to you.

Remember.

You are abundant.

You are magnetic.

We'll take three rounds of breath to close our practice.

Breathing deeply into the belly.

Exhale through the mouth.

Inhale.

And exhale.

Once more.

Inhale.

And exhale.

Softening into the breath.

Softening into the body.

Softening the eyes open.

And taking a moment to take in your surroundings.
