Welcome to the Inner Confidence Guided Meditation.
Start by sitting in an upright,
Comfortable position.
Hands placed gently in your lap,
Palms facing upward.
Gently close your eyes or soften your gaze and tune into your breath.
Gently breathe in through your nose and exhale through your mouth with an audible sigh of release.
Take in another deep breath in through your nose and exhale through your mouth with a more power behind the release.
Again,
One more time through your nose,
This time exhale through your mouth,
Releasing all of that tension and stress that you're holding on to.
Now gently notice your natural state of breath.
Where is your body holding tension?
Do you feel closed off or shut down emotionally?
Where is your mind?
Is it wandering or is it at peace with the breath?
Is your mind at ease or filled with restlessness,
Negativity,
Or maybe doubt?
Take a deep breath in and release any residual tension that you may still be holding on to.
Now place both hands over your heart and continue to inhale through your nose and exhale through your mouth.
Notice how it feels to place your hands over the sacred area,
This beautiful organ that beats over 100 beats per minute,
100,
000 times a day.
It's pumping life into you with each and every beat,
A place where you experience love for yourself and love for others.
Let your breath become more smooth and effortless and begin to breathe in and out through your nose.
Feel the flow of air moving into your lungs and then back out into the world.
Visualize each breath caressing your heart,
Sending it the oxygen it needs for survival,
The clean,
Fresh air that you have been gifted with by the universe,
Healing your heart,
Nourishing your heart,
And strengthening your heart.
Thank you.
Thank you for breathing life into me.
Thank you for loving so deeply.
Thank you for guiding me when I needed you.
Thank you.
I feel you beating within me.
I feel your strength and I am so grateful for you.
Continue to focus on your breath.
With each exhale,
Imagine you are releasing any negative thoughts that may be lingering in your mind.
On each inhale,
I want you to say to yourself silently,
I am worthy.
And on each exhale,
I want you to say to yourself,
I am enough.
Let each inhale draw in self-love and each exhale release what is no longer serving you.
I am worthy.
I am enough.
I am worthy.
I am enough.
I am worthy.
I am enough.
If your mind wanders,
Gently guide it back to the mantra.
Know that it is okay.
It is the nature of the mind to wander.
Simply bring your attention back to the breath.
Notice how your thoughts come and go,
Whether positive or negative.
Simply allow them to pass through you like clouds floating in the sky.
With your eyes still closed,
Visualize yourself standing in front of a mirror.
Look into your eyes.
What do you see?
Pain and sadness?
Love and joy?
Maybe it's stillness or darkness that you see.
Breathe in deeply and then exhale.
Notice what you are seeing.
Notice the reflection looking back at you.
Regardless of what appears in the reflection,
Tell yourself,
I love you.
You are beautiful.
You are worthy of happiness.
I love you.
You are beautiful.
You are worthy of happiness.
I love you.
You are beautiful.
You are worthy of happiness.
With your hands still placed over your heart,
Visualize your hands are full of love.
And with each breath,
That love is pouring out of your hands and filling your heart to its fullest capacity.
Feel the warmth of this love as it flows into your heart.
Let this love warm and fill your heart center,
Pouring over and running through the rest of your body.
Feel a sense of comfort and calm as this love travels through your chest,
Into your neck,
Head,
Out into your shoulders,
Arms,
Hands,
And down into your ribs.
Your belly expanding with love.
Your pelvis,
Legs,
And feet.
Allow a sensation of warmth to fill you from head to toe,
Nourishing your body with love.
Feel its warmth.
Feel its passion.
Feel the love.
Take in a deep breath here.
This love is always available for you when you need it.
This love lives in you.
This love nourishes you.
This love loves you.
When you are ready,
Take a few more deep mindful breaths.
And in time,
Gently open your eyes.
Namaste.
