Meditation Timer OnlineInge Wolsink is a psychological scientist, yoga teacher, breathwork teacher, IFS therapist, and stress coach. Her work brings together psychological science, yoga, breathwork, meditation, Internal Family Systems, nervous system regulation, and behavior change. Inge’s teaching is grounded in both research and embodied practice. She is especially interested in how stress lives not only in the mind, but also in the body, breath, habits, emotions, and inner patterns. Her approach is practical, compassionate, and science-informed, helping students understand themselves more clearly while also learning tools they can actually use in daily life. In her courses and guided practices, Inge combines clear explanations with gentle experiential work. She teaches meditation, breathwork, IFS-informed self-reflection and yoga, and body-based practices that support stress recovery, emotional regulation, self-compassion, and reconnection. Her work is especially supportive for people who feel overwhelmed, burned out, disconnected, or stuck in patterns of overthinking, perfectionism, pushing, pleasing, or self-criticism. Rather than offering quick fixes, Inge helps students build a kinder and more sustainable relationship with themselves, one practice at a time.
