Inge Wolsink is a psychological scientist, yoga teacher, breathwork teacher, IFS therapist, and stress coach. Her work brings together psychological science, yoga, breathwork, meditation, Internal Family Systems, nervous system regulation, and behavior change. Inge’s teaching is grounded in both research and embodied practice. She is especially interested in how stress lives not only in the mind, but also in the body, breath, habits, emotions, and inner patterns. Her approach is practical, compassionate, and science-informed, helping students understand themselves more clearly while also learning tools they can actually use in daily life. Finally a course that takes breathwork seriously. You will get both theory (scientifically wellinformed) and practice. And most importantly, you will be able to develop a personally adapted practice of breathwork.

I am learning a huge amount through these courses. I am going through the segments slowly, moving on when I feel ready, combining the listening with a separate daily breath sit. For a few weeks I have focused on Ujai during the daily sit, feeling into the movement of the diaphragm, pelvis and belly. The pointers on habit-building were invaluable. Beginning yesterday I added alternate nostril breathing for five minutes to the daily practice. Through this course, and the daily sit established through it, I am becoming more familiar with my breathing habits during the day and night. I had not realized that when I exert effort, such as when walking up hill or walking fast I revert to mouth breathing. I find it difficult to sustain effort and continue breathing through the nose. I am optimistic that this will change as I continue daily practice and the lessons of module 3. An overall benefit that I am noticing is an improvement in my ability to fall back to sleep when I wake at night. I notice it is easier to fall into soft nasal breathing and let everything else go. Thank you! 💛
