Hello and welcome to this guided meditation.
This was designed to help you let go of anything you are holding onto,
Mentally,
Physically and spiritually that no longer serves you.
As you process and release whatever you need to,
This will free up any stagnant energy so you can start creating space for new things to come your way.
I have infused this meditation with Reiki energy,
So set the intention to be open to receive this healing light as you allow yourself to let go.
Taking a moment to settle into a comfortable position,
Allowing yourself to start turning inwards as you switch off from the outside world.
Letting any noises fade as you start to focus on your breath,
Breathing in deeply and exhaling completely.
Taking a moment to set the intention to let go and release what is no longer serving you.
Anything that no longer is needing to come up,
Allow it to,
So you can release it and let it move through you.
Breathe in,
Feel into this intention of letting go and exhale it all out.
As you move through seasons in your life and circle through these different phases,
Your energy is moving and flowing with you.
Through each experience you are learning and growing and expanding your awareness.
Allow your awareness to expand with your breath now,
As you continue to breathe in deeply and releasing more as you exhale.
Feeling your whole being expand fully as you breathe in and feel your body relax as you breathe out.
The flow and effect of your energy through each phase of life can stay within your presence through all your energetic bodies,
Through your physical,
Mental and spiritual selves.
This isn't a good or bad thing,
But sometimes holding onto something or not processing it can let old energy which is no longer serving you,
Take up space in your being that can block new energy to come in,
New relationships,
New opportunities,
Abundance,
Whatever is waiting to come to you.
So when you can fully process and let go,
You create space,
You welcome these new possibilities and allow them to present themselves to you.
So breathe in and breathe out.
I invite you to bring to your mind now anything that has been taking up your mental space,
Anything you have been holding onto.
When you feel where these energies are sitting in your body,
Focusing on these parts of you that you are ready to let go of,
When you have something in mind,
Silently say to yourself I'm ready to let this go.

New energy is starting to vortex around you.
