I have created this meditation to help you wind down from your day, let go of anything weighing on y our mind and to cleanse your aura from anything you have picked up energetically. Feel the loving energy of Reiki flow through you as your body, mind and spirit start to relax. This is a guided visual meditation infused with Reiki healing Energy. This meditation is great to do at the end of the day before bed. I hope it supports you in unwinding, feeling relaxed, and light, and helps you to have a restful sleep. Transcript

Settling into a comfortable position,

Either sitting up with your back nice and straight,

Or you may choose to lie down as you wind down for the day.

Setting the intention to be open to receive this Reiki healing today,

Setting the intention to let go of the day and to receive whatever you are needing for your highest good.

When you are ready,

Closing down your eyes,

Giving yourself permission to switch off from the day.

As you come into this moment,

Connecting into your breath,

Allowing it to slow down,

Releasing any tension in your body.

Feel the surface beneath you and allow your body to sink deeper and deeper into the bed.

Focusing on your breath as you breathe in and out,

Feeling the air flow through your body.

We're going to do a few rounds of breathing where you'll inhale for a count of four,

Hold for a count of seven,

And exhale to a count of eight.

I'll guide you through this.

Slowly take a deep breath in through your nose and sighing it out the mouth.

Slowly breathe in,

Hold,

And breathe out.

Inhale,

Hold the breath,

And breathe out.

Inhale,

Hold the breath,

And breathe out.

Inhale,

Hold,

And sigh it out the mouth.

Returning to your natural breathing,

Allow any remaining tensions to dissolve as you go deeper and deeper into this practice.

Begin to visualize yourself at the entrance of a beautiful beach on a summer's night.

You are standing at the top of stairs looking out at the night sky,

And notice how the water is lit by the glowing moon and an array of stars.

You can hear the waves crashing onto the sand,

Your breath sinking up with the flow of waves in and out.

You begin to make your way down to the sand.

As you start to take each step down the stairs,

You start to feel a sense of calm.

Step by step,

The distractions in your world begin to disappear,

And you begin to relax even more than the last step.

You count down in your head the last five steps.

Five,

Four,

Two,

And as you take the last step down,

One,

Any tension in your body eases,

Any stress of the day floats away,

And as your feet land down in the sand,

You become even more relaxed.

As you look up at the sky and see a cluster of shooting stars,

One after the other,

Moving through the sky and creating spark-like effects.

As the sky fills with the glowing sparks,

You notice a shimmering dust-like substance flowing down.

Light dust particles from the stars are sprinkling down over the water,

On the sand,

And surrounding where you are standing.

They lightly begin to sprinkle over the top of your head,

A shower of soft and warm light particles.

As it flows over your head,

You feel this light begin to cleanse your body,

Begin to cleanse your body.

Cleansing your body and mind from the day,

Washing away anything that is stuck onto you,

Anxieties,

Responsibilities,

Plans,

Other people's negativity and energy all being removed from your being.

The cleansing light is streaming over your head,

Down your body,

And into the earth.

You start to feel lighter as whatever you were holding onto is being washed and released from your body.

It is okay to release this,

Allow your energy to be free-flowing as this light moves through you.

When your body,

Mind and soul are feeling cleansed,

Focus back onto the flow of your breath,

In and out with the waves of the ocean.

Allow your body to relax deeper and deeper,

Slowly coming back to your breath.

You may choose to drift off into sleep now,

Otherwise slowly making small movements with your fingers and toes.

Take a deep breath in and out,

And when you feel ready,

Slowly opening your eyes and taking your time to come back into this moment.
