Welcome to this meditation.
For becoming open to receiving.
To find a comfortable position.
And let your eyes close.
Take a breath in through your nose.
And let it go.
And again in your own time.
Breathing in and out.
And releasing.
And one more time,
Breathing all the way in.
And letting it fall away.
Today we're not going to try to attract abundance or call it in.
We're not going to reach for anything or push.
Or work or hustle or strive.
Right now we are simply going to practice opening.
Is something that lots of abundance practices don't address.
You can do all the right things to call good things in.
But still have part of you that doesn't know how to receive them.
If there's part of you that deflects a compliment.
Or minimizes a win.
Or maybe holds back just as something good begins to arrive.
That part is not broken.
It just learned somewhere along the way that it was safer to need or want less and to expect less.
So today we're going to Help that part relax and hopefully teach it something different.
So bring your attention to your chest.
And the area around your heart.
And notice how it feels right now.
Is there any tightness here?
Any holdings.
Or any subtle sense of restriction.
You don't need to change anything.
Just observe it.
And now imagine a door.
It doesn't need to look like anything specific,
Just the sense of a door.
And imagine on the other side of the door.
Is everything that is on its way to you.
Everything you asked the universe for.
That's ready to arrive.
And has your name on.
And notice that it's not trying to force its way in.
It's simply waiting.
And all that's needed from you is the willingness to open the door a little.
So place one hand on your chest if that feels right.
Let your own warmth Open up that heart space a little.
And breathe into the space there.
With each breath as you're breathing in.
Imagine that space within you softening just a little.
Imagine the door just opening.
Very slightly.
Or if you want you can imagine yourself reaching out.
Put your hand on the handle,
Maybe feel it in your palms.
Let it open up.
Let the light on the other side come through.
With each breath.
Relax the space around your heart.
Let it expand just a little.
Create just a little more room.
With each breath.
Let that door swing open.
Does it open towards you,
Bringing everything in?
Does it open away from you?
Allowing you to enter that space of abundance.
Either one is fine.
Just keep breathing.
Notice what's happening in this space as you expand your awareness,
Your acceptance.
And I'm going to offer you some words.
And you don't need to consciously try to believe them.
Just let them land in your body.
As you stand there at the doorway.
See how they feel.
I am worthy of receiving.
Good things are allowed to come to me.
I do not have to earn everything I receive.
It is safe to receive love.
It is safe to receive abundance.
It is safe to receive support.
I open my hands.
I open my heart.
I open my life.
I am allowed to have good things.
I welcome what is coming.
I am ready to receive.
Notice how that feels in your body.
Even one of those words just landing a little differently.
As the opening beginning.
And remember you don't have to be fully open to begin.
The door doesn't have to be wide.
You can open a door a tiny way and a whole stream of light comes through.
You just have to be willing.
And you're here at the doorway.
And if that's your star,
That is enough.
And when you're ready,
Just gently begin to bring your awareness back.
Maybe a little movement in your fingers or toes.
Maybe hold on to the feeling in the palms of your hands where you push that door open or you turn the handle.
Take a slow,
Deep breath.
Draw in some of the light from the doorway.
And when you're ready.
Open your eyes.
