Welcome.

This is your pause in the middle of the day.

A moment to reset,

To release stress and to shift into positivity.

Take a deep breath in and slowly exhale.

Allow yourself to fully arrive here.

And now close your eyes if you can.

Inhale deeply through the nose,

Filling your body with fresh energy.

And exhale gently.

Let go of any tension,

Fatigue or stress.

And continue to breathe in this way.

And with each breath,

Notice your shoulders softening.

Let your jaw loosen.

Notice your body returning to ease.

You are resetting,

Giving yourself permission to begin again.

And let your breath become natural.

And imagine a golden light surrounding you,

Bright and warm,

Uplifting.

With each natural inhale,

This light enters your body,

Filling you with positivity.

And with each exhale,

It washes away any heaviness,

Any doubt or frustration that may have built up this morning.

Picture yourself smiling as you breathe in this light.

Standing tall,

Shoulders relaxed,

Energized and renewed.

See the rest of your day unfolding with calm,

Ease and optimism.

I'm going to offer you some affirmations.

You can say them out loud or in your head,

Or you can let my voice carry the energy for you.

I release stress and invite positivity into my day.

I have the power to reset and choose how I feel.

I carry lightness,

Joy and calm into the hours ahead.

I am refreshed,

Renewed and ready.

Let these words settle into your body as truth.

And as we close,

Take one last deep breath in,

Gathering energy and positivity,

Settling that golden light within each and every cell.

And exhale slowly,

Anchoring this reset within you.

And when you're ready,

Gently open your eyes and step forward into a deep breath.

Breathe into the rest of your day with a fresh,

Positive outlook.
