Happy Sagittarius season and welcome to your Sagittarius season guided meditation.
A time of year where we're asked to be curious and expand and slow down but life is asking you to speed up.
So let these five minutes be your pause,
A moment to get your bearings and reconnect with yourself before the season pulls you in every direction.
I invite you to find a comfortable seat or lie down,
Whatever feels good in this moment.
Let your eyes soften,
Maybe you close them all the way or you lower the gaze.
You let your body take one slow breath in through the nose and a long exhale out through the mouth.
And you do that a few times,
Simply observing your breath,
The rise and the fall of your belly,
The natural rhythm anchoring you into the here and the now.
There's no rush,
Nothing to do,
Just present.
On your next inhale,
Imagine yourself looking up into the vastness of space,
The stars stretching in this endlessly,
Galaxies unfolding,
A quiet expanse with no edges.
Let your breath slow as you take in that view.
Stay here for a moment,
Resting in that sense of infinite possibility.
And as you gaze into that vast sky,
Notice what starts to bubble up inside you,
A sense of wonder,
A spark of curiosity,
A feeling of there's so much more out here for me.
Let that curiosity grow.
As you stay with that curiosity,
Allow it to naturally shape the questions rising in you.
What in my life wants to expand?
What am I curious about that I haven't let myself explore?
What possibility keeps nudging me,
Even if I've been ignoring it?
Don't chase the answers,
Just ask.
I'll repeat them one more time and let the questions just drift across your inner sky,
Like slow moving stars.
Your only job is to stay open,
Open to what moves,
Open to what stirs,
Open to what calls you.
What in my life wants to expand?
What am I curious about that I haven't let myself explore?
What possibility keeps nudging me,
Even if I've been ignoring it?
And I'll let you sit with those questions for a moment.
Now imagine your chest warming,
A gentle glow that begins to widen with each breath.
As the questions settle,
Feel your inner space expanding,
Not forcing it,
Not pushing,
Just opening.
Opening to new versions of yourself,
Opening to new possibilities and opportunities.
Maybe even some that you weren't even ready to claim before.
Let your breath create space where your doubt has been living.
Maybe in the chest,
Maybe in the heart space,
Maybe in the abdomen.
Like curiosity become a doorway rather than a wall.
And here are a few mantras for Sagittarius season.
You can repeat them quietly or out loud after me.
I welcome curiosity.
I allow myself to expand.
I am open to what wants to grow in me.
Possibility meets me when I stay open.
One more time.
I welcome curiosity.
I allow myself to expand.
I am open to what wants to grow in me.
Possibility meets me when I stay open.
Let these settle in your body.
Not as something to achieve,
But something to lean into,
To embrace.
Take one final spacious inhale through the nose.
Open the mouth and a slow,
Steady exhale.
Gently begin to wiggle your fingers and toes if that feels good.
Maybe you become aware of the ground beneath you,
Whether you're laying or you're sitting.
Feel yourself returning back into this present moment,
Back into your body.
And at the same time,
Carrying a sense of openness and expansion with you.
Sagittarius season isn't about doing more.
It's about seeing more,
Allowing more,
And expanding into the next version of yourself,
One curious breath at a time.
