Hello,

Beautiful soul.

My name is Isabel Nantava,

And I'm so excited to take you on a journey to reconnect with and develop a loving relationship with your inner child.

Inner child healing focuses on connecting with and healing the inner child within you,

The part of your subconscious mind that holds onto childhood memories,

Experiences,

And emotions.

This inner child is believed to be a representation of your younger self,

The emotional,

Sensitive,

And vulnerable aspects that were formed during early developmental years.

Many of your behaviors,

Fears,

And emotional reactions as an adult can be traced back to unresolved issues or unmet needs from your childhood.

These issues may stem from trauma,

Neglect,

Lack of affection,

Or any experiences that left a lasting emotional impact.

When you experience difficult or traumatic events in your childhood,

These experiences can impact your emotional and psychological well-being,

Often continuing into adulthood.

The process I'm going to take you through can help you to acknowledge and validate childhood pain or your unmet needs.

It will assist you to release old patterns of behaviors that originated from those early experiences.

This journey is going to rebuild your self-esteem,

Your self-compassion,

And instill a sense of safety.

It is going to integrate the inner child with the adult self to create emotional balance and well-being.

And lastly,

It's going to create the life you truly desire by receiving guidance from your inner child.

So let's go ahead and get started.

First,

I want you to find a nice comfortable position.

It could either be sitting down or laying down.

Just make sure that you will not be distracted for the next 10 minutes.

If you want to get a blanket to feel cozy,

Warm,

And comfortable,

Go ahead and do that.

And otherwise,

When you're ready,

I want you to gently close your eyes,

Connect your tongue to the roof of your mouth,

And take a nice,

Beautiful,

Deep breath in for a count to one,

Two,

Three,

Four.

And hold for a count to one,

Two,

Three,

Four.

And exhale for a count to four,

Three,

Two,

One.

Now go ahead and take another deep breath.

One,

Two,

Three,

Four.

And hold for a count to one,

Two,

Three,

Four.

And exhale for three,

Two,

One.

Now I want you to take the deepest breath that you have taken all day,

All week,

For a count to one,

Two,

Three,

Four.

And hold one,

Two,

Three,

Four.

And exhale for a count to four,

Three,

Two,

One.

If you feel called to do so,

You can take more deep breaths or you can now resume your regular breathing.

Start to bring your awareness to the soles of your feet and imagine the roots of a tree growing from the soles of your feet into the ground below you,

Growing deeper and deeper into the earth.

Feel these roots fully anchored and grounded into the earth.

And go ahead and take a deep breath in to confirm this grounding.

Next,

Bring your awareness to the top of your head.

Imagine a beautiful pillar of white light extending from your head all the way up through the roof,

Up into the sky,

And into the cosmos above you.

And this is grounding you above.

And go ahead and take and go ahead and take a beautiful breath to acknowledge you are grounded from above and below.

Next,

We are going to invoke and call forth your inner child.

As your truth is so,

Bring forth each and everyone's inner child listening to this across all time and space and give them a sensation in their body to feel this.

Now start to observe.

Notice if you feel any sensation in your body.

It could be heat,

Tingles.

You may find yourself smiling or you may just have the knowing that your inner child has stepped forward.

Or perhaps you don't feel anything and that is fine.

Just trust that your inner child is here,

Always with you.

Whatever it is that you feel or know,

I want you to acknowledge this.

As your truth is so,

Release the heaviness in the chest and clear the energy pathways of each and everyone listening to this across all time and space and drop them into observation through deep breaths,

Deep yawns,

Burps,

Deep swallows or whichever way the body chooses to release this.

And Spirit Optimizer,

Go into the four body systems of each and everyone listening to this across all time and space and release the heaviness they have put on themselves and what the world has put on them.

Release any physical,

Emotional,

Financial,

Psychological trauma from their inner child and entire being across all time and space and drop them into observation to sense this.

Now I want you to use your breath.

If you feel cold to do so,

Just go ahead and take more deep breaths in and out.

And just listen to my voice.

Continue listening to my voice as I channel this like language to assist you.

Go ahead and take a nice,

Beautiful breath in through your nose and exhale,

Letting it go through your mouth with a deep sigh.

Now go ahead and ask your inner child to give you a message.

What do they want you to know today?

What does your inner child need from you today?

And maybe you'll hear a word,

Maybe you'll have a memory.

Let the message reveal itself to you whichever way that it comes,

Setting the intention to be open to receiving it.

And whatever you receive,

Do acknowledge receiving that.

Now I want you to give yourself a nice big hug.

Spirit Optimizer,

Go ahead and activate Unconditional Love and align each and everyone listening to this across all time and space to Unconditional Love.

And now as you hug yourself,

I want you to feel your entire being merge with Unconditional Love.

And as you continue to hold yourself,

Send this love to your inner child,

Setting the intention that your inner child is being held and received and you are safe,

Letting yourself know you are safe.

And whenever you are ready,

Thank your inner child for being here.

Let them know that starting now in this moment,

Starting today,

You are going to pay attention.

You are going to acknowledge their presence and existence within you.

And I want you to come back to this meditation,

To this channeled healing and activation and listen to it on a daily basis in order for you to receive the most out of it.

And now I want you to imagine that pillar of white light coming back down from the cosmos,

Slowly moving down through the roof and into your head,

Into the top of your crown.

And imagine those roots in the earth also moving back up through your feet,

Bringing awareness to your chair,

Your bed.

Go ahead and gently scan your body.

Take a nice deep breath in and exhale.

Lift your hands above your head and give your body a nice stretch.

And when you are ready,

You can open your eyes.

I'm sending you so much love from my heart to yours.
