Hello and welcome,
Y Soul.
This is Jacqueline from Inner Compass Akashic,
And I'm so honored that you chose me as your guide today.
Settle down into your seat and close your eyes.
Let's take three deep breaths together,
Settling into our space now.
Breathing in and out.
Breathing in and out.
Breathing in and hold it at the top of the breath,
And then breathe out with an audible sound.
Wonderful.
Now focus on your breathing,
Coming in and going out.
Feel the air come in to your nostrils.
Feel your stomach expanding.
Watch your body as it relaxes.
Notice how your breathing naturally slows down.
Feel your shoulders drop.
Just be present in your body.
Now imagine that you are walking down a dirt road.
There's no beauty around you,
Just a desolate,
Dusty path you've been walking on for what seems like forever.
On your shoulders is a heavy backpack.
It weighs you down,
And you're so tired of carrying it.
But in front of you is only more dirt road.
It seems there's no end in sight for this journey.
Sometimes you have to stop and readjust the backpack because the straps are digging into your shoulders.
You continue dredging on,
Wishing you could stop and rest,
But knowing that you can't.
Inside the backpack are all the reasons that you feel unworthy of the life that you want.
All the experiences,
All the things you've been told about yourself,
The flaws and mistakes that make you feel ashamed,
All the jokes at your expense,
All the things that you regret,
Every single experience that makes you feel undeserving is in this backpack.
As you walk,
You kick up dust and occasionally stumble under the weight.
Looking around,
Everything seems bare and neglected.
All you know to do is to keep carrying this backpack and walking forward.
It feels as though the journey will never end.
And then,
Up ahead on the road,
You see a man dressed in long flowing robes.
He's smiling and seems to be waiting for you.
When you finally catch up to him,
He greets you and offers to carry your backpack.
At first,
You turn him down because you feel like it's unfair for him to carry all of your mistakes,
Faults,
And weaknesses.
But he looks deep into your eyes and insists.
You can't resist the deep kindness in his eyes,
So you pass him the backpack almost in a daze.
And he flings it over his shoulder like it weighs nothing at all.
You continue to walk in silence,
Glad to have the company.
You feel so much lighter without the backpack.
When you glance over,
The old man has a continuous smile on his face,
And you wonder why.
He's not walking any differently,
Even though he's carrying the heavy backpack.
Up ahead,
You notice that there's a stone building.
It looks ancient.
Moss is growing on the side of it.
It's not ornate.
It's a simple stone temple,
Nothing fancy about it.
The old man walks towards it and gestures for you to follow,
And so you do.
The old man steps up to the door of the temple and opens the plain wooden door.
The room inside is the most glorious thing you've ever seen.
There's a peaceful golden light emanating from the room.
You stand in awe,
Looking around.
There are shelves and shelves of books for as far as you can see,
From the top of the ceiling to the bottom of the floor.
The books are in all different shapes and sizes,
And each binding is a different color.
The golden light radiates from each and every single book.
Even though the outside of the temple was relatively small,
The room that you're standing in is cavernous,
And it's so inviting.
You feel at complete peace.
The old man invites you to the back of the room where there's a lit fireplace and two of the most comfortable chairs you've ever seen in front of it.
You notice for the first time that the man is no longer carrying your backpack.
He left it at the front of the room by the door.
He invites you to sit down in one of the chairs in front of the fireplace,
And when you sit,
You let out an audible sigh.
It feels so amazing to sit down and rest your weary feet.
You roll your shoulders back,
Feeling the tension from carrying the heavy burden for so long.
Your eyes get heavy as you sit in front of the cozy fire.
Telepathically,
The old man introduces himself to you,
Telling you that he is the master of the Akashic Records.
He has brought you here to allow you to rest and to heal.
Your body feels heavier and heavier as you relax further and further in front of this fire.
You feel completely safe.
The master gestures,
And from behind your heavy eyelids,
You see swirling lights,
One coming from the left and one from the right of you.
The colored,
Sparkling light energy begins weaving around you.
All of a sudden,
You feel even lighter,
Like you're floating above the chair.
You've never experienced such peace.
You feel these energetic lights dancing around and within you.
The master tells you that you are so much more than all the disappointments,
Mistakes,
Insecurities,
And regrets you have carried.
And these energetic healing lights are moving around and through you,
Helping you to release what's caused the inability to see the magnificence that you are,
The power that you innately have within you.
For the next few minutes,
I invite you to rest here and allow the energy to heal you and release the stagnant,
Damaging thoughts you've held about yourself for such a long time.
Now the healing energy has completed its work.
The swirling lights leave the room.
You now feel more alert.
You feel completely rested from your long journey.
Feel yourself breathe deeper.
Your body,
Your soul,
And your mind feel totally renewed.
You smile over at the master and he smiles back.
He knows that you have a question.
You ask the master,
What can I do to continue the release of memories,
Beliefs,
Experiences that have kept me from experiencing my intrinsic,
Unconditional worthiness?
What are the next steps for me to take?
The master suddenly has a ball of energy rolling around between his hands.
He throws the ball of energy at you,
Sending waves of energy through your entire being.
He tells you to open your mind and you will receive your answer.
You may see,
Hear,
Or just know the answer as you converse with your Akashic records,
Or it could be a combination of all three.
I invite you to rest and receive what the records have for you in this healing,
Loving space.
And now you have the answer and you feel totally replenished.
You stand up and bow to the master and he smiles back at you.
You're aware that it's time for you to leave the records now.
And so you walk past all the bookshelves towards the door.
When you get there,
You see your dusty,
Overfull backpack.
You look back at the master who's been following you.
He nods and you smile,
Knowing that you can leave the backpack inside the door and walk on without it.
You open the door,
Step back outside,
And stand in front of this unassuming stone temple.
Looking around,
You notice all the beauty that wasn't here before or that you didn't see.
There are magnificent trees,
Their branches shifting in the wind.
Birds are singing and the sun is shining.
There's green grass and wildflowers everywhere.
You take a deep breath of the sweet air.
Everything has been made new.
Your perception of yourself and the world has shifted dramatically in the short time that you were inside the records.
And so you find some grass and lie down,
Feeling gratitude coursing through your body.
The sun shines down on your face and you know that you are free.
After resting in the grass in the sunshine for a while,
You know that it's time to come back into your body and into the room that you're in.
So start to slowly come back.
There's no rush.
Find yourself breathing deeply,
Feeling alive in your body.
Feeling refreshed,
Re-energized and full of possibilities.
Start wiggling your fingers and toes,
Coming back fully into your space.
I want to thank you,
Wise Soul,
For traveling with me today,
For being willing to sit down the bag of false beliefs and step into the truth of who you are,
The powerful,
Magnificent you.
You are the universe.
The universe is within you and all around you.
You are the most spectacular being who has innumerable possibilities ahead.
And so I thank you,
Dear one.
Namaste.
