Hello and welcome,
My soul.
This is Jacqueline from Intercompus Akashic,
And I'm so honored that you're here with me today.
So often we're in a hurry to accomplish things,
Striving to meet our next goal,
To hit that next milestone.
We often run around like the white rabbit in Alice in Wonderland,
Holding his broken pocket watch saying,
I'm late,
I'm late for a very important date.
We end up going down a rabbit hole instead of seeing the fantastic opportunities that the universe has put right in front of us.
The ones that might lead us to something way better than anything that we're striving for.
The thing is,
Pushing forward no matter what and beating ourselves up for not being further along than we are only holds us back,
Making it take even longer to obtain that goal.
When we blindly strive for something and we aren't making progress or we keep running into obstacles,
Uncomfortable emotions like frustration,
Fear,
Guilt,
And anger often arise.
And when we resist those emotions,
Trying to push them away,
They only grow stronger.
But when we can pause and embrace our feelings,
We are able to drop into trust in divine timing that things are happening exactly as they should for our highest good.
This is when we can show ourselves compassion,
Stop striving,
And align with our highest timeline because our emotions are no longer running our lives.
This simple practice I'm about to share with you is a beautiful way to stop resisting the unwanted emotions you are experiencing by allowing you to slow down and trust that everything that is yours will come to you at the perfect time.
So if you haven't already,
Please close your eyes and get comfortable whether you're sitting or lying down.
Take a few deep breaths with me,
Breathing in through your nose and now hold it for a second and then breathe out through your mouth.
Breathe in through your nose,
Hold it at the top of the breath and release it out your mouth.
Now do that a few more times.
With each out breath,
Feel yourself sinking deeper into your chair,
Bed or cushion.
Feel your shoulders drop and your neck relax.
Let your hands rest on your thighs or beside you.
And now I invite you to imagine that you're breathing in a pure white light through the top of your head.
Breathe in deeply and imagine that breath going all the way down into your body.
When you breathe out,
Imagine breathing out through the soles of your feet and see the breath coming out as a dark smoke or fog.
Again,
Breathe in this white light through the top of your head and then imagine pushing your breath out through the bottoms of your feet and releasing that dark smoke outside of your body.
Continue breathing in this way for a few more moments.
This breathing exercise will help you relax deeply.
Move into the present moment and open up to work with the uncomfortable emotions you want to stop experiencing.
Feel yourself getting lighter and lighter.
Feel your stomach muscles relax.
Feel all the areas where you've been holding tension.
Release and relax.
And now that you're in a more receptive mode,
You can start to breathe naturally again.
And consider what emotions you've been struggling with the most,
Resisting the most.
Perhaps it's frustration that things aren't going as planned or fear that what you're trying to manifest will never happen for you.
Maybe it's anger at yourself,
Wondering what you're doing wrong or even guilt that you haven't made it happen yet.
With that emotion in your mind,
Imagine that feeling as a color and shape.
Imagine that it's tangible and the perfect size to hold in your arms.
See yourself sitting in a comfortable,
Safe place,
Cradling the feeling as you would a baby.
Our first instinct is always to push away those uncomfortable feelings.
But once we can acknowledge them,
Rest in awareness with them and realize this is a part of me and I am a part of it,
It will just naturally dissipate and dissolve.
Continue to sit with the emotion.
Imagine in your mind's eye that you're sitting with it,
Cradling it.
You might even imagine wrapping it in a soft baby blanket.
Just hold it to you.
Look at it lovingly and maybe even talk to it.
Feel the sharpness of the emotion diminishing as you do.
Notice what you are feeling towards this emotion now.
You might start to feel compassion towards it and yourself.
You may experience an a-ha moment regarding the situation or the emotion.
I'm going to remain quiet now for a few minutes so that you can continue to experience the emotion fully and move into acceptance and appreciation for what that emotion has been trying to tell you.
If you start to go back into your head and spin a story about why the situation is so unfair or how unhappy it's making you,
Just lovingly come back and gently focus on the emotion that you are cradling.
If you need more time,
You can pause this track for as long as you need and restart it when you're ready.
I invite you to return to this meditation whenever you feel yourself resisting divine timing and experiencing uncomfortable emotions.
Striving towards what we want and feeling unwanted emotions are a natural part of our human experience.
But when we welcome and make peace with them,
Rather than resist,
We can liberate ourselves,
Live in contentment and joy,
Anticipation,
Trust,
Gratitude,
And peace.
That's a beautiful place to be.
It all begins with trust in divine timing and acceptance of all emotions,
Whether we like them or not.
Now,
When you're ready,
Take a couple of deep breaths and start to bring your awareness back to the room that you're in,
Back into your physical body,
Start to wiggle your fingers and toes,
Stretch your body,
Feeling free and content.
There's no rush.
And when you're ready,
You can open your eyes.
Be kind to yourself,
Dear one.
Thank you for being here with me today and for your trust.
Namaste.
