In this meditation we will meet powerful wolf spirits,
Teaching you how to use your own keen senses,
Helping you to tune in to your own intuitive wisdom that lies just below the surface.
Let's begin by finding a comfortable position,
Whatever feels right for you,
Sitting or lying down.
When you're ready,
Gently close your eyes and begin to turn your attention inwards,
Tuning in to the sensations of your breath,
Allowing you to feel more presence within your body,
Spending a few moments of quality time feeling and breathing into any areas that want a little extra attention.
Coming in fully and deeply,
Letting go easily on the exhale,
Giving yourself permission to relax.
As you continue to relax,
You begin to become aware that you are ready to journey to a magical place.
You begin to imagine standing at the edge of a mist-laced wood,
Breathing in the midnight air,
The cool blue moon casting a pale ethereal glow.
You feel the strong,
Mysterious presence emanating from the dense woodland in front of you,
Wondering what dwells there.
You feel a strange stirring within you,
As if something is awakening within your spirit.
Feel the strange urge to let out a call to the woods,
And hear your spirit let out a haunting call.
You hear your wolf-like howl echo through the night air deep into the woods.
At first,
You hear no reply.
But after the silence,
A haunting chorus of wolf song echoes through the night.
Something at the woodland's edge catches your attention as you watch the woods closely.
Like ghosts,
They emerge from the mist and the wood.
Their coats glowing with pride in the pale moonlight.
A pack of five strong,
White wolf-formed masters hold deep wisdom in their eyes.
Their gaze is intense,
And long do they stare.
As you study each other,
There is recognition there.
To the pack you have returned.
Your spirits know each other well.
You feel the joy of reunion well up inside of you.
You rest together and bond the clearing of the woods,
Enjoying the company of your wolf allies,
Feeling the strength of your spiritual bond.
Take as much time here as you need,
Enjoying the fullness of this moment.
Enjoying this moment of cosmic connection together.

One of the wolf's many strengths are their incredibly keen senses.
They feel subtle shifts in the world around them,
Able to tap into the quiet subconscious wisdom that lies just below the surface.
As a member of the wolf pack,
They recognize that you also have the same keen senses.
Take a moment to feel the moon shining their comforting glow upon you.
Listen to the moon whispering quiet words of wisdom to your spirit.
Awakening your keen senses and intuitive wisdom.
You feel this wonderful connection of love,
Support and protection between you and the wolf spirits.
Enjoying their wise and powerful presence.
Playing with your heart to the sounds of the forest.
You all sense a stirring,
It is time to return.
Taking your wolf allies for your time together,
Embracing them one by one.
Using their soft white fur against your skin as they nuzzle against you to say farewell.
They return to the woods,
Disappearing into the shadows.
Though you cannot see them,
You can still feel them.
As they weave through the dark forest,
Their nimble,
Light footsteps,
Swift and effortless as they run through the night.
Even when separate,
The pack remains whole,
Knowing you walk the wolf path,
Right in your collapsing love.
You you Feeling ready to complete this moment On the next inhale take a full deep breath Feeling your stomach and ribcage expanding all the way And when you're ready Exhale with a sigh Fully letting go As your breath returns to its regular flow You are aware of how you now feel more anchored and present within your body Feeling the changes that have taken place Feeling them integrate within you Taking the time now to return to your surroundings Feeling the points of contact between you and the surface on which you are resting Slowly bringing your awareness back to your surroundings Feeling the air on your skin Gently moving your body Taking your time And when you feel ready to come back Gently open your eyes Aware of the world around you Remembering you can come back and experience this practice as often as you like And until next time,
