Welcome.
Thank you for joining me today and for taking the time to create some safety in your space.
Let's take a moment,
A moment to arrive,
To feel the ground beneath you,
The air around you,
And the sound of your breath as you exhale.
This is an invitation to explore,
To notice,
And to gently guide yourself back to safety whenever you need.
Let's begin by finding a comfortable position.
Gently close your eyes and draw in a deep breath,
Letting it flow deep into your belly,
Expanding your chest,
And filling you all the way to the top.
Pause for a moment.
And as you exhale,
Release slowly,
Allowing tension in your body to melt away.
If it feels right,
Wrap your arms around you in a gentle hug,
Envisioning a soft golden light surrounding you,
Offering warmth,
Protection,
And calm.
Now bring your awareness inward.
Notice the gentle rise and fall of your body,
The steady rhythm of your heartbeat.
Simply notice it as it is.
Just observe and allow.
Feel the support beneath you,
Guiding you,
Reminding you that in this moment,
You are safe.
With each breath you inhale,
Let gratitude expand within you,
Anchoring you deeper into the space of calm.
Softly say these affirmations out loud,
Allowing your body to fill deeply into these words.
Thank you.
Thank you for carrying me through every experience.
Thank you for protecting me when I needed it.
Thank you.
And if your mind begins to wander,
Return to the comfort of your own embrace.
Feel the gentle pressure of your arms around you,
A reminder that you are here,
Supported,
Safe.
Offer your body the following words.
I am safe now.
It is safe in my body.
My breath is my anchor.
I release what no longer serves me.
I welcome in peace.
I am safe.
As you continue to breathe,
Allow yourself to fill with gratitude.
With each inhale,
Confide in trust.
With each exhale,
Let go of old patterns of tension and fear,
Allowing them to melt away.
Now,
Offer your body these final words.
I honor you.
I trust you.
I love you.
Breathe in deeply.
Feel your belly expand,
Your ribs open,
And your chest rise as your breath fills every space within you.
Hold for a moment at the top,
Savoring the fullness.
Now exhale slowly,
Releasing with a soft sigh,
Letting go of all that no longer serves you.
You are safe.
You are home.
When you are ready,
Gently bring your awareness to the space around you.
Take a moment to notice how your body feels right now.
I want you to carry this sense of safety with you.
Know that your breath is always here to guide you home.
Gently open your eyes and take in the space around you.
You are safe.
You are home.
Namaste.
