At night, the body doesn’t need more effort. It needs less signal. This guided sleep meditation is designed to help you downshift gently—without forcing sleep or trying to control the mind. Using a nervous system–informed approach, you’ll be guided through simple awareness of weight, breath, and subtle release points in the body to reduce unnecessary tension and allow sleep to emerge naturally. I’m Jeremy Morton. I work in brain and spine surgery, and this practice is shaped by how the nervous system actually transitions out of stress and into recovery. In this track, you’ll explore: letting go of effort instead of trying to sleep gentle breath awareness through the nose releasing tension in the jaw, eyes, and shoulders using gravity as support instead of holding yourself together understanding why sleep happens when interference is reduced This is a space to stop managing the day and allow the system to settle on its own. There’s nothing to solve here. Just less to carry.
