Sit or lie down comfortably.

Close your eyes and take in 3 deep breaths through your nose.

Turn off all the devices in your mind.

Close yourself off to the world.

This is where you can be you.

You don't have to be strong.

You can just be.

Be here.

In your mind's eye,

Take off your shoes,

Take off your socks,

Stand and walk.

The sun is veiled behind darker clouds up high.

The grass beneath your feet is damp.

The coolness awakens your senses within them as you take each step along the clifftops.

The space is empty.

The wind blows against you enough to make you feel small against the power of nature.

The waves crash below,

Spraying you with the salty mist.

As you walk closer to the cliff edge,

You notice a great eagle flying in the sky,

Drifting through the clouds,

Using the raising air currents from below to circle above.

Its magnificence is a sight of pure beauty that fills you from within.

Tears stream down your face as you start to surrender.

You fall to your knees,

Noticing the tears being soaked up by the ground beneath you.

Falling forwards,

You lay on the floor,

Surrendering all of your tears,

All of your tension,

All of your panic,

Anxiety and worries.

You let this go.

You let yourself go.

You stop holding on and allow yourself to just be.

Your breathing rhythm is relaxed and steady.

A calmness washes over you.

You understand you are free.

Nothing is expected of you here.

You become aware of the sun breaking through the clouds that are evaporating above.

The waves beneath you soften as they reach the shore.

The great eagle glides down and gently lifts you up,

Cradling you in his feet as you raise up in flight over the cliff tops.

The warmth of the thermal air allows you both to glide high above the earth,

Where you realise you are one with Source.

You are the eagle,

You are the grass and the waves.

Calmness creates a stillness within you as you just breathe.

Returning to the ground,

You gently raise yourself up.

Standing tall,

You take in three deep breaths,

Allowing that inner peace to grow within you.

Once you are ready,

Now open your eyes and know that everything is okay.
