Thank you for choosing me as your guide for this
guided meditation positive visualization.
I've done my best to create a positive
visualization meditation here that will allow you to begin to come to terms with
the feelings of sorrow and loss.
The feeling that a piece of you is missing that you're feeling now
after saying goodbye to your recently departed animal companion.
And instead
begin to replace those feelings with feelings of unconditional love,
Acceptance,
And confidence that their energy and memory will never truly leave you.
I myself have recently lost my animal companion of 15 years,
A wonderful and loving dog by the
name of Gaius.
He was a super expressive and intelligent whippet who was always there for me
when I needed unconditional love and always put a smile on my face when I was down.
I miss him every day.
Over many months I was finally able to put together this daily meditation.
It helped me to come to terms with my loss and realize that it is possible to continue to
communicate,
Interact,
And experience the unconditional love and joy that you did when they were alive.
This is because their energy lives on in a parallel universe that exists right next to our reality.
In this meditation,
I hope to help you realize that matter cannot be created
nor destroyed and that you can create a space in which you can continue to interact
and communicate with your departed but not lost animal companion.
This session will help you reconnect with their continuing quantum energy
and receive their love and guidance.
Find a comfortable position and close your eyes.
Take a deep breath.
Hold it.
And exhale slowly.
Feel your body relax and your mind calm down.
Let go of any worries and distractions.
Let's do this breathing exercise two more times,
Letting all thoughts pass out of your mind like dissipating clouds.
Breathe in through your nose for four.
Hold for four.
And exhale slowly.
Hold for four.
Breathe out through your mouth for four.
Let go of all tension and negativity.
Again,
One last time.
Breathe in for four through your nose.
Hold for four.
Breathe out of your mouth for four.
Slowly,
Just float here.
Listening to the music for a moment.
Thinking of nothing in particular.
Just focusing on how invigorated this type of breathing makes you feel.
Now,
Imagine you're walking on a beautiful path in an open field.
The sun is shining warmly on your skin and the breeze is gently caressing your hair.
You feel peaceful and happy as you admire the scenery around you.
You see colorful flowers,
Green grass,
And blue sky.
You hear the sound of birds singing and insects buzzing.
You smell the fresh air and the fragrance of nature.
As you walk,
You begin to enter a lush forest.
The trees are tall and majestic,
Creating a canopy of shade and protection.
You feel the wind in your hair.
You feel a sense of wonder and curiosity as you explore the forest.
You hear the sound of your footsteps on the soft ground and the rustling of leaves.
You smell the earthy aroma and the woodsy scent of the trees.
As you walk through the forest,
You begin to reminisce about all the wonderful moments
that you spent with your departed animal companion.
You remember their appearance,
Their personality,
And their quirks.
You remember how they made you laugh,
How they comforted you,
How they played with you.
You feel a surge of gratitude and joy for having them in your life.
You also feel a pang of sadness and longing for their presence.
You come to a small babbling waterfall.
You feel the water rise up to the surface of the waterfall.

Surrounded by soft,
Beautiful beds of moss.
You decide to sit on the moss and dip your legs in the water.
You feel the coolness and the freshness of the water on your skin.
You hear the soothing sound of the waterfall and the gentle flow of the stream.
You see the sparkling droplets and the rainbow colors in the mist.
Let's do our breathing exercise again,
Three more times,
Focusing on your breath and your intention.
As you breathe in,
Imagine that you're inhaling,
Relaxing your body.
As you breathe out through your mouth,
You imagine that you are exhaling sorrow and loss.
Breathe in again for four,
Through your nose.
You feel your body and your heart becoming lighter and more peaceful.
Breathe out sorrow and loss.
One more time.
Breathe in,
Relaxation and healing.
Hold for four.
Holy sorrow and loss.
Suddenly,
A shimmering portal appears in front of you.
A rainbow bridge extends from the portal to your feet.
You are amazed and curious by this sight.
You are amazed and curious by this sight.
You wonder what it is and where it leads.
Out of the portal steps your departed animal companion.
You recognize them immediately and feel a rush of emotion.
You are overjoyed and surprised to see them again.
You run towards them and hug them.
You feel their fur,
Their warmth,
Their heartbeat,
And their breath.
You pet them and kiss them.
You hear them make their familiar sounds and movements.
You see their eyes,
Their smile,
And their expression.
Your animal companion speaks to you telepathically in a human voice.
They say,
I'm here to let you know that I'm happy and safe.
I moved on to a dimension of pure energy and light we call the afterwilds.
For now,
This is where we'll meet.
I love you and I watch over you the best I can.
Let me help you by retrieving health and abundant energy from the future.
What positive intentions would you like me to fetch for you?
You are amazed and touched by their words.
You feel their love and their wisdom.
You think of some positive intentions that you would like them to fetch for you.
Maybe you want to have more happiness.
More health,
More wealth,
More love,
More peace,
Really more anything that you desire.
You tell them your intentions and thank them for their offer.

Your animal companion says,
Now,
I want you to envision a happy moment in your most joyous future.
Imagine that it's happening right now.
Not as it will be,
But right now.
Sit for a moment and let this vision of your future take form.
Who's there?
What are they doing?
What and how do you feel?
You close your eyes and imagine your most abundant future.
You see yourself in a situation that makes you happy and fulfilled.
You see the people that you love and care about.
You see the things that you have and enjoy.
You see the activities that you do and appreciate.
You feel the emotions that you experience and express.
You feel the sensations that you sense and savor.
You let this future moment play out in your mind as if it's happening right now.
You let this future moment play out in your mind as if it's happening right now.
Your animal companion then begins to lick your face,
Bringing your attention back to the present.
You open your eyes and smile at them.
You feel their affection and their enthusiasm.
Your animal companion says,
I love you.
I have to go back now.
I have to find the energy from the future that you just envisioned.
I'll bring it back to you soon.
I want to leave you with the knowledge that time moves differently here.
A year in your time is like a day in mine.
I'll see you again soon.
You hug them and thank them.
You tell them that you love them and that you'll see them soon.
Your animal companion scampers back into the portal,
Which disappears behind them.
You are left with the beautiful sounds of the forest,
The babbling waterfall,
And the comforting thoughts and feelings that this encounter manifested.
Now,
Join me again in the breathing exercise we did before
to seal and integrate the experience.
Breathe in for four through the nose.
Inhaling relaxation and healing.
Hold for four.
As you breathe out for four through the mouth,
You imagine that you're exhaling sorrow and loss.
Again,
In through the nose for four.
Breathing in relaxation and healing.
Breathe out through the mouth for four.

Lighter and more peaceful.
Now,
Slowly open your eyes and close your eyes.
Return to your normal awareness.
Take a moment to appreciate and acknowledge the meditation that you just did.
You feel grateful and happy for reconnecting with your departed animal companion
and receiving their love and guidance.
You feel hopeful and optimistic for your future and your intentions.
You feel calm and relaxed in your present surroundings.
