YOU are in control of your thoughts, feelings, possessions, habits, beliefs...and whether or not you can LET GO of emotions and memories of the past...Focus on and live in the NOW...and thus manifest your BEST version of YOU...and your BEST abundant future / timeline! The first step...is learning to LET GO of attachments...and lean in to the unknown future with confidence and trust in yourself. To do this, you need to unburden yourself of past pain, thoughts, relationships, beliefs...etc. Use this meditation in the morning EVERY DAY for at least a month...until it becomes muscle memory. May you be happy, healthy, and free from suffering!

Greetings,

Fellow Fateshapers.

This is George C.

Thank you for choosing me to be your guide for this positive visualization meditation on letting go of attachments and habits that no longer serve you.

Find a comfortable seat,

Close your eyes,

And take a slow,

Deep breath in through your nose and hold for four,

And release slowly through your mouth,

Letting your nervous system begin to calm.

Become mindful of how your body feels right now,

Of the weight of your body as it touches the surface of where you're sitting or lying down.

Notice the sounds around you that you probably weren't paying attention to before.

Just relax here,

With no thoughts in your head,

For about 30 seconds,

Just listening to the music quietly.

Let your feet root into the floor or earth beneath you.

The energy that you give to these habits and attachments has shaped how you see yourself and move through the day for a long time now,

A familiar scaffolding that doesn't have to define you.

Think of this moment as an invitation to mindfully reassess those patterns and to realign your actions with your deepest purpose.

Here,

In this breath,

You will unlace what no longer serves you and replace it with its true opposite.

Imagine yourself sitting carefully and safely on the edge of a tall cliff at midday.

Below,

A luxurious valley stretches open,

Two steep slopes covered with trees,

Wildflowers.

You hear the songs of birds,

The breeze rustling through the trees,

Various animals living their lives in the forest.

A river threads the valley,

Bright and deliberate,

Cutting a silver line between the slopes.

From this height,

You hear wind through leaves,

Distant birds calling,

And the low,

Steady music of water.

Up here,

Invasive thoughts appear small and far away,

Like pebbles rolling down a slope.

Take one deep breath now.

On the inhale,

Draw up warm,

Golden energy from the center of the earth,

Envision it traveling towards you,

From the molten magma in the center of the earth,

Through the ground,

Through the soil and dirt,

And then through the rock beneath you.

Feel it rise from the tips of your toes,

It almost tickles,

And it rises up further through your ankles and into your calves.

It slowly then moves up into your thighs,

A flow higher into your belly,

Then slowly moving into your chest and into your shoulders,

And as it reaches your shoulders,

You feel all of your muscles from your toes to your shoulders just relax,

Filled with this light.

Then it rises up to your throat,

Filling every cell until it lifts to the crown of your head.

This golden light is abundant,

Steady,

And nourishing.

Breathe in again,

And on the exhale,

Let go of stress,

Anxiety,

Fear,

And apprehension.

Send them out like a soft gust into the valley below.

Now moving forward,

I would like to move through a short list of attachments and habits,

And for each item,

I want you to breathe in while holding the thought of that attachment,

And hold your breath for four seconds,

Then exhale it out as a puff of black smoke through your mouth,

Watch it dissipate into the blue sky,

And as this thought clears,

Replace it with a diametric opposite thought,

Something that nourishes and frees you.

When you're letting go of that black smoke,

You'll say quietly,

Goodbye forever,

You no longer serve me.

Allow that voice to be gentle,

But resolute.

Now I want you to think now of a negative person or relationship in your life.

I'll let you think about that for a moment,

And let it settle.

Now that you have that person or relationship in the front of your mind,

Inhale,

Thinking of that relationship,

Its grip,

Its familiar weight.

Hold for four seconds.

Exhale the image and the heaviness as black smoke.

Watch it thin and vanish.

Now say,

Goodbye forever.

You no longer serve me.

Now,

Replace that old thought with clear,

Healthy boundaries and relationships that reflect respect and mutual growth.

Let's reflect on that for a while,

This new,

Clear,

Healthy thought.

Think about how it makes you feel.

Think about the nuances.

Where are you?

Who is this person?

It could be a person that you know,

Or it could be someone you haven't even met yet.

Now,

I want you to think of a negative habit,

Such as smoking,

Drinking,

Overheating,

Something that you know deep down inside you need to change.

I'll let you ruminate on that for a moment.

Now,

Inhale.

While bringing that habit into your awareness,

Its pull and its promises,

Hold for four seconds.

Exhale.

Exhale it out as black smoke.

See that pattern,

That vision dissolve.

Now say again,

Goodbye forever.

You no longer serve me.

Now replace that with steady,

Nurturing choices.

Breath,

Movement,

Mindful nourishment,

Restful pause.

Good habits,

The opposite of what that thought was.

Let's reflect on that for a while,

How that makes you feel,

That this good habit is now part of your life.

Self,

Or about others,

Any prejudices,

Feelings that you know are ingrained from childhood,

That just aren't right.

Inhale the phrase or image that has sounded like truth inside you,

But you know is false.

Hold for four seconds.

Exhale it out as black smoke.

Watch the shadow lift from your chest.

Now say calmly and firmly,

Goodbye forever.

You no longer serve me.

Now replace this thought with this.

Repeat this either out loud or to yourself.

I am learning.

I am capable.

I am worthy of abundance.

Let's sit with that for a moment.

You don't need to repeat it,

But I'll say it again aloud.

While you're thinking,

I am learning.

I am worthy of abundance.

Just think for a moment about how good that feels.

If you're feeling emotions,

Just let them out.

If you feel like crying,

Do it.

If you feel like laughing,

You're releasing toxic emotions.

Now,

Let's focus now on any unhealthy attachments to material objects that you might have.

I'll let you draw up those objects or thoughts.

Now,

Inhale while naming the possessions that have felt like safety.

Cars,

Clothes,

Trophies,

Gadgets.

You know what it is in your life.

Breathe in.

Hold for four seconds.

Now exhale them away as black smoke.

See them lose their hold on you.

You are in control of these emotions and thoughts.

They don't possess you.

You possess them.

Say goodbye forever.

You no longer serve me or have a hold on me.

Now,

Replace the thoughts of these items with experiences,

Time,

Presence,

And relationships that grow your soul.

You know what they are.

Think about them in your life right now.

Now,

I want you to think of past bad memories or a conditioned fear that holds you back.

Think of that for a moment.

Bring it to the front of your mind.

Now,

That memory,

The charged sensation,

The urge to freeze.

Now,

Exhale it out as black smoke.

And say goodbye forever.

You no longer serve me.

I let this fear take over as a shield for me in the past.

Faith that you can step into new possibilities at any time.

Think about those possibilities.

Not in the future,

But as they're happening right now.

Think of the minutia.

Think of the details.

Where are feel?

You have no worries.

Everything is covered and safe.

Let's bask in that feeling for a moment.

Notice how thinking about these things can hijack your nervous system.

Your breath quickens.

Blood pressure rises.

Muscles tighten.

Tears might come.

And the body slides into fight,

Flight,

Or freeze.

Even though there's no real threat.

By taking charge of the breath,

You reclaim the reins.

Breath becomes the bridge between body and mind.

Slow,

Intentional inhalations.

Held breath as witness.

And deliberate exhalations that let sensation move through and dissolve.

In doing this,

You rewire neural paths.

Choosing responses that favor abundance,

Calm,

And forward movement.

Rather than fixation,

Scarcity,

And retreat.

When you're ready,

Take a final deep inhale of that golden energy coming from the rocks and the earth below you.

Feel it settle.

Inhale.

And then exhale gently.

Blink your eyes open.

And return to the room here.

Carrying with you a lighter spine and clearer horizon.
