Hello and welcome to our lymph flow meditation,

Which is not only meant to stimulate our lymph flow,

But also to get rid of toxins,

Non-supportive energy and to bring our focus on a clear intention to move through the year.

Find a comfortable seated or lying position and allow your body to soften and to settle completely.

Let your hands rest where they feel natural and gently close your eyes.

Take a slow breath in through your nose and a long,

Soft exhale through the mouth,

Releasing the past.

Again,

Inhale,

Calm and steady,

Exhale,

Releasing the weight of the past year.

With each breath,

Allow your body to become heavier,

Softer and more at ease.

Then allow your breathing to return to its natural rhythm.

Bring your attention to the base of your spine and the soles of your feet.

Imagine gentle roots extending downward,

Anchoring you into the earth.

Bring your awareness to your feet and legs.

Feel their weight,

Their contact with the surface beneath you.

Imagine the earth supporting you completely.

You are held.

There is nothing to push or force.

You are safe in this moment of beginning.

Silently say to yourself,

I'm here,

I'm ready,

I allow natural flow.

Now bring awareness to your breath,

Natural,

Unforced.

As you inhale,

Imagine fresh,

Clean energy entering your body.

As you exhale,

Imagine release,

Toxins,

Stagnation,

Old residue gently leaving.

Visualize your lymphatic system as a soft,

Flowing liver beneath the surface of your skin,

Clear,

Intelligent and responsive.

There is no effort here,

Just permission.

With each exhale,

Imagine the lymph beginning to move more freely,

Like snow melting into water.

We're now going to tune into our lymphatic pathway.

Bring gentle awareness to your feet and legs.

They have carried you through an entire year.

They know effort,

They know rest.

Imagine a soft,

Burly light resting there,

Calm,

Slow and intelligent.

With each exhale,

Imagine this light beginning to move upward,

From the feet into the calves,

Through the knees,

Up the thighs.

There's no pushing,

Just a natural upward current.

As the light reaches the groin and pelvic area,

Imagine it being welcomed and filtered.

Old waste,

Fatigue and stagnation are gently released.

Only clean,

Refreshed fluid continues upward.

Silently affirm,

I release what no longer serves me.

Allow the flow to continue upward into the lower abdomen and digestive area.

Imagine this region becoming warm,

Soft and clear.

Your system is cleaning itself with ease.

Your breath supports the flow.

Now feel the flow rising into the chest,

Underarms and armpits,

Another key lymphatic gateway.

Visualize spaciousness here.

Your breath naturally expands this area.

The flow moves gently toward the heart,

Nourishing and renewing.

Silently repeat,

I create space for vitality.

Now bring your attention to your neck,

Jaw and throat,

Key gateways of lymph flow.

Imagine a warm,

Golden light pooling here.

It gently loosens anything that has been held.

Cold,

Unspoken words,

Tension,

Emotional residue.

Imagine any remaining residue melting away.

Your lymph completes its journey here,

Returning fluid back into the circulation.

Your head feels clear,

Your system feels light.

Now imagine a blank page before you,

Clean,

White,

Untouched.

This page represents the year ahead of you.

Ask yourself gently,

How do I want to feel the year ahead?

Not what you want to achieve,

But how you want to feel.

Let one word or phrase arise naturally,

No forcing.

When it appears,

Imagine that word being infused into the flowing lymph,

Carried to every cell of your body.

Your intention becomes solidar,

Embodied,

Alive.

Silently affirm,

I move through the year with clarity,

Flow,

Trust and purpose.

Rest now in the sensation of subtle flow.

Nothing to do,

Nothing to fix.

Your system is clearing,

Your energy is aligning.

Flow,

Clarity,

Trust.

Flow,

Clarity,

Trust.

Let the words fade,

Let the sensation remain.

The ceremony is complete,

The practice continues in how you live.

When you're ready,

Begin to sense the space around you.

Feel the surface beneath you,

Notice your breath once more.

Then wiggle your fingers and toes gently if you wish.

And when you're ready,

Slowly open your eyes.

Carry this lightness,

This sense of upward flow,

Renewal and intention into the year ahead.

Allow yourself to stay here for a few more breaths.
