Welcome to our meditation for healing and self-love.
Take a deep but comfortable slow breath in through your nose,
And exhale gently through your nose as well.
We do this again,
While breathing in peace,
And breathing out anything you don't read right now.
Feel on each exhale that your shoulders soften and melt down your back,
That the air around you becomes soft,
As if it's beginning to hold you.
There's nowhere else you need to be,
Just this moment is enough.
Bring your awareness to the base of your spine.
Imagine soft golden roots reaching down into the earth,
Weaving,
Connecting,
Anchoring you.
With each exhale,
Release tension down those roots.
Let old worries sink into the ground where the earth can hold and transform them.
Feel the weight of your body as something sacred,
Steady,
Supportive,
Safe.
Now place one hand on your heart,
And one on your belly.
Inhale deeply,
To a level that still feels comfortable.
Feel the hand on your belly rise,
On each inhale,
Just a little.
Exhale slowly,
Feel your belly contracting slightly.
Imagine your breath as a soft golden light moving through your body.
With every inhale,
That light gathers in places that need care,
Every tired muscle,
Every tender emotion.
With every exhale it whispers,
You are safe to rest.
Imagine you're sitting across from your younger self,
Any age that comes in mind naturally.
Notice your eyes,
Your expression.
Without speaking,
Let your heart say,
I see you.
You did your best.
You're still loved.
Bring your awareness to the hand resting on your heart,
And breathe that love inward,
As if you're embracing yourself from the inside out.
Picture a soft breeze flowing through you.
It moves gently through your chest,
Your back,
Your arms,
Carrying away the dust of old judgments,
The weight of not enough.
Let it drift out with each breath.
What's left is space,
Open,
Light and calm.
A space where kindness can grow.
Bring your attention back to your heart.
See it as a glowing sphere of warm light pulsing gently like the rhythm of the ocean.
Silently repeat after me,
Hope,
Even as I heal.
My worth is not something to earn.
It has always been mine.
Feel that truth settle quietly into your body.
Now imagine this light spreading through your chest,
Your shoulders,
Your neck,
Your face.
It melts away old armor,
Old stories.
The light flows down your arms,
Into your hands.
The hands that have held,
Given,
Created and carried.
Whisper softly,
Thank you.
Thank you for all the ways you've supported me,
Even when I wasn't paying attention.
Feel that heart light expanding beyond your body now,
Surrounding you like a soft mist of peace.
In this light,
You're both the healer and the one being healed.
The giver and the receiver of love.
Let yourself rest in that balance,
Effortless,
Eternal.
Now silently or aloud,
Repeat each phrase with me.
I'm worthy of my own kindness.
I'm allowed to be gentle with myself.
I forgive what I couldn't understand before.
I'm becoming whole,
One breath at a time.
Let these words echo in your heart like ripples across still water.
Bring your awareness back to your breath.
Feel the steady rhythm of your chest,
A quiet reminder that life keeps loving you with every inhale.
And when you're ready,
Wheel your fingers,
Your toes.
Feel the ground beneath you.
And then open your eyes,
If that's okay for you.
Take a gentle breath in and out.
And whisper to yourself,
I'm here.
I'm enough.
I'm whole.
Carry this light with you,
Not as something new,
But as something you've simply remembered.
Namaste.
