Come Back To Yourself: Mindfulness For Inner Balance
by Julius Pieth
This short mindfulness practice invites you to step out of everyday busyness and gently bring your attention back to yourself. Notice your breath and body, become aware of your needs and inner resources, and simply observe what is present right now. This practice is not about self-improvement, but about mindful awareness, self-compassion, and reconnecting with yourself with greater openness and kindness. Perhaps you need rest, movement, connection, or a moment of stillness. Slow down, listen inwardly, and reconnect with what you need. A gentle practice for grounding, stress relief, inner balance, and well-being.
