I'm Julius.

Health is more than the absence of illness.

It means quality of life,

Inner balance and the ability to navigate everyday life with awareness,

Strength and self-efficiency.

My professional background lies in prevention and health promotion,

A field dedicated to the question of how we can maintain,

Strengthen and sustainably integrate health into our lives.

It is not about isolated techniques,

But about a holistic understanding of health on a physical,

Mental and emotional level.

Through my training,

I learned to combine scientifically grounded knowledge with practical application.

At the center of this work has always been the individual,

With their unique resources,

Needs and life circumstances.

For me,
