Join me for a chakra balancing journey that guides you through releasing energy in all seven chakras. Through visualization, affirmation, and breathwork, you will begin to move stagnant energy and open to pranic flow. Music composed by Narek Mirzaei (Music Of Wisdom).

Hello and welcome to today's meditation practice.
My name is Justine and I am honored to be guiding you through this chakra balancing visualization.
I invite you to begin in a comfortable seated position,
Either on the floor,
In your bed,
On a couch.
Consider supporting your back with a small pillow or meditation cushion if you have any back,
Shoulder,
Or neck discomfort.
Begin by closing your eyes and settling into the sensation of stillness.
Intentionally slowing your breath,
Bringing your awareness to the rise and fall of your diaphragm,
Your belly,
Your chest.
As you begin to connect to intentional breathing,
Slow down your inhales and exhales.
Begin to inhale for the count of 3,
2,
1.
And exhaling for 6,
5,
4,
3,
2,
1.
Inhaling for 3,
2,
1.
And exhaling for 6,
5,
4,
3,
2,
1.
Continuing this at your own pace,
Keeping your exhales twice as long as your inhales.
On your next inhale,
Expand to inhale for 4,

At the bottom of your next exhale,
Release this breath,
Returning to your normal breathing pattern.
And take a moment to check in with your body.
Are there any sensations that arose during that breath work?
Any tightness,
Aches or pains?
What sensation are you feeling in your heart,
In your mind,
In your spirit?
And make note of anything that's coming up for you.
Meeting it with compassion and understanding.
Not judging any of the sensations in your body,
But just recognizing them and letting them be.
From here,
Bring awareness to your pelvis.
Right where your body meets the earth,
The floor,
The chair,
The bed.
And picture a glowing red light here at the very base of your body.
Allow this glowing red light to fill your body,
Expanding up through your spine as you inhale,
And contracting to your pelvic floor as you exhale.
Let this red light fill you with warmth.
As you silently let the affirmation watch over you.
I am safe to be here.
Inhaling,
The red light expands.
Exhaling,
The red light contracts.
I am safe to be here.
On your next inhale,
Draw this red light all the way up your spine,
Shining through the crown of your head.
And exhaling to send this light all the way down into the earth below you.
Moving your awareness up into your pelvic bowl,
The space between your hip crests,
The womb space.
And begin to visualize a glowing orange light.
Once again,
Allow this light to fill your body,
Expanding with your inhales,
Contracting with your exhales.
Filling you with a soft,
Subtle,
Joyous sensation.
In your mind's eye,
Repeating,
My life is pleasurable and balanced.
My life is pleasurable and balanced.
Feeling the orange glow wash over you with each inhale,
And return to your pelvic bowl on each exhale.
Feeling the balance between expansiveness and contraction.
On your next inhale,
Shine this light all the way up through your crown.
And as you exhale,
Send it through your body down into the earth,
Filling the room around you with this orange glow.
Moving up to your solar plexus,
Picturing a beautiful yellow light.
Light right at your belly button.
Letting this light fill you with each inhale,
And contract back to your center with each exhale.
Repeating in your mind,
I am powerful.
Let the words,
I am powerful,
Wash over you as you're filled with this glowing yellow light on your inhales.
Showering you with the feeling of sunshine,
Warmth.
Let this bright light radiate up through the crown of your head.
Shining all the way into the heavens.
And exhale down into the earth,
Shining the yellow light to all around you.
Letting it coat the room you're in.
As you shift your attention to your heart center.
As a green glow begins to radiate from your chest.
Inhaling up through the rest of your spine.
Contracting back into the heart center with your exhales.
Repeating the affirmation,
I am loved and loved deeply.
I am loved and loved deeply.
Letting this green light fill you with each inhale.
Filling you with the sensation of love,
Of connection,
Of care and kindness.
Inhaling this light up through the crown of your head.
And exhale down your spine through your pelvis into the surface beneath you.
Connecting love to everything you do.
Bring your awareness now to your throat.
Watching a blue light begin to radiate at your voice box.
And it fills your body with each inhale.
And contracts with each exhale.
Letting the words wash over you.
I speak with truth.
I speak with truth.
Allowing this blue light to fill you with honesty,
With thoughtfulness,
With self assurance.
I speak with truth.
On your next inhale send this blue light up through the crown of your head.
And exhale down into the earth through your spine.
Moving your awareness now to your third eye.
Picturing an indigo light shining straight from your forehead out into the world around you.
Letting it fill your body with each inhale and contracting into itself on your exhales.
My intuition guides me.
My intuition guides me.
Letting this light fill you with trust.
With knowing.
Sending this light up through your crown into the ether.
And exhaling it down through your spine,
Through your pelvic floor,
Into the room around you.
Knowing that your intuition will guide you wherever you go.
Bring your awareness to the crown of your head.
Picturing a violet light radiating up and out.
As you inhale let this light wash over your whole body.
Covering you from crown of your head to the very tips of your toes.
As you exhale this light contracts back into itself.
Repeating this washing sensation of unity throughout your whole body.
Trusting the words,
I am divinely guided.
I am divinely guided.
This light shines up into the heavens on your inhale.
And on your exhale moves through your whole body.
Rippling down each vertebra in your spine,
Out through your pelvic floor.
Covering not only your home,
But your neighborhood,
Your town,
Your city,
The whole world.
In this divine light.
Allow each of these seven lights to continue to shine.
Red at your pelvic floor.
Orange in your pelvic bowl.
Yellow at your belly button.
Green in your heart center.
Blue at your throat.
Purple indigo at your third eye.
And violet at the crown of your head.
Allow for these lights to move freely up and down your spine.
We will sit in silence for the next minute.
Feeling this sensation in your body.
Begin to call in a sense of calm and inner strength.
As you slowly begin to bring movement back into your body.
Wiggling your fingers and toes.
Circling your wrists and ankles.
Stretching your arms and legs up and away from each other.
Taking some gentle movement.
Maybe standing up and beginning to move around the room.
Swaying gently.
By focusing on opening the flows of our chakras.
We have given ourselves an energetic reset.
Calming your nervous system.
And connecting you back to your source of power.
Your prana.
Connecting to yourself.
Connecting to the earth and the cosmos.
Take a deep breath.
Inhaling through your nose.
Pausing at the top.
And exhaling with a sigh.
Repeat this once more.
Inhaling through the nose.
Gentle pause at the top.
And sigh,
Letting it all release.
