This is a short practice you can use anytime you need support before speaking with someone.
So first I want you to pause and breathe.
Close your eyes if that feels comfortable to you.
And take one deep breath in and one slow breath out.
Next I want you to name the person.
Bring to mind the person you want to reach.
See their face gently in your imagination.
Gather your words.
Hold in your heart the one or two things you most want them to understand.
Clear,
Simple,
True.
Call your angel.
Imagine your angel by your side,
Steady,
Calm,
Trustworthy.
Send them ahead.
See your angel travel ahead to meet their angel.
Watch as they greet one another warmly and exchange your message.
Release.
Trust that what you wanted to share has been carried safely and clearly.
Take one last slow breath in and out.
Open your eyes,
Ready to move forward with peace.
