Step by step,
You rise above the cloud,
Until you notice the sky darkening into a deep,
Velvety space.
Above you,
Stars begin to appear,
Soft point of light,
Steady and calm.
The stairs gently end,
And you realize that you are now floating.
There's nothing holding you up and nothing pulling you down.
You are safe.
Your body is completely weightless,
Perfectly supported by the vastness of space.
Give yourself permission to drift,
Floating effortlessly beneath the stars,
Feeling your Feeling your shoulders melting away from your ears.
Feeling your mind growing quieter.
Thoughts can pass like distant stars without needing your attention.
Notice the energy around you that's calm,
Balanced,
Kind and protective.
This energy begins to move gently through your body,
Starting at the top of your head,
A soft light.
It relaxes and realigns everything it touches,
Flowing down through your face,
Your neck,
Releasing any tightness in the area.
Through your shoulders and arms and all the way to your fingertips.
The energy continues to your chest,
Your back,
Soothing your breath,
Calming your heart.
See the light glow in each organ,
Down through your abdomen and hips,
Restoring balance and ease.
Moving down through your legs,
Your knees,
Your calves.
See the light going all the way down to your feet and out through your toes.
Your whole body is now bathed in this quiet repairing energy.
Everything gently realigns.
Everything returning to balance.
Take a moment to rest in this space and imagine your being glowing in this repairing light.
As you flow,
You are safe,
You are supported and you can completely let go.

You can allow it.
You don't need to stay aware.
