I want you to take a moment to get comfortable,

Preferably lying down,

It could be on the floor,

In bed,

On a lounge,

Whatever is available for you right now and I want you to just take some nice deep breaths in through the nose and out through the mouth,

In a moment we'll start counting our breaths together,

I just want to make sure that you are completely comfortable before starting this meditation,

A few more deep breaths in through the nose and out through the mouth,

In a moment we're going to breathe in for 4,

Hold for 4,

Hold and breathe out for 6,

Here we go,

Breathing in for 4,

Alright just getting a breath now back to its normal rhythm,

To begin this meditation we're going to start by focusing our full attention on our body and how it feels right now lying in this position,

I want you to feel the sensation of your body in every place that it is touching the surface,

Just be really aware of that feeling,

Just be really present within your body right now,

In a moment we're going to start a body scan,

Starting up at the top of our heads just going to feel the sensation of our body from the top of the crown down to our toes so here we go,

Starting at the top of your crown,

Top of your head,

Going to make our way down just breathing into any tightness that we might feel within our body breathing down as we go,

Feeling down past our ears,

Shoulders,

Chest,

Breathing into any areas that feel tight right now feeling the sensation of your body lying,

Just breathing into every last section of your body continuing down past the hips,

Past the thighs to the knees,

A final few deep breaths as we push all that remaining energy down through the ankles and through the toes just feeling,

Really being aware of how your body is feeling in this current moment this moment right now is all that matters,

A few more deep breaths in through the nose and out through the mouth today we are going to be focusing on the 7 chakras of our body these are the 7 energy centres to begin I want you to focus on the base of your spine this is the root chakra I want you to focus in on the sensation of your body in this spot you can focus in on the colour red if you like as well just feeling that sensation there how does that feel?

Feeling the sensation,

Picturing a red ball or the colour red and just sit with that for a moment that's it,

Just keep focusing in on the base of your spine picturing the colour red it can be a red ball,

A red flower,

Whatever resonates with you just focus your energy into that area now I want you to bring your attention up towards your navel just below your navel is the sacral chakra focusing your attention on that part of your body just below your navel this time focusing on the colour orange it can be an orange ball,

Orange flower,

Whatever works for you just focusing your attention on that part of your body if your mind wanders,

Just come back to the sensation of that part just below your navel focusing your energy on that part of your body in the colour orange now moving your attention further up the body again to just below your ribcage this is the solar plexus focusing this time on the colour yellow focusing on the sensation of your body in that area that's it,

You're doing great now just continuing to focus on the sensation of the body in the colour yellow take note of any thoughts,

Feelings or emotions that come up at any point during this meditation what are they drawing attention to?

Always coming back to the breath to the sensation of the body we'll move higher up again this time to the middle of our chest for the heart chakra this time we'll be focusing in on the colour green feeling the sensation of love light just beaming from our chest picturing that green colour just feeling into that sensation to the sensation of the body I ask you this do you love yourself?

Just sit with that for a moment just feel immense love for everything just feeling your chest in this moment breathing into the chest picturing that colour green just sitting in that sensation which is located just at the base of your neck this time focusing in on the colour blue feeling into that section of your body picturing that colour blue in whatever form you need I ask you this is there anything that you haven't said?

That you really wanted to recently?

Just breathing into the sensation of your body just focusing on the bottom of your neck your throat chakra and the colour blue you're doing great moving up the body now middle of the brow this is the andhra or third eye chakra this time picturing the colour indigo just focusing your attention on that sensation right between your brows the third eye chakra this is your mind's eye just breathing in just be present in the moment remembering the colour indigo just thinking of that focusing on that spot between your brows up one last time towards the final chakra the crown chakra this is located at the very top of your head this is the colour violet and this is the point where all of the universal energy enters our body focusing your attention on the sensation at the very crown of your head just imagining a stream of energy of light being beamed from your head down through all of the chakras light beaming into your body is the universal life force I want you to picture that energy just aiming,

Starting from the crown of your head and I want you to push it through all of the chakras that we've just identified imagine bringing all of the energy of the universe through all of these points out to mother earth and back to the energy of this universe if you can keep this channel clear you have access to infinite power and infinite energy now take some nice deep breaths in through the nose and out through the mouth just feeling the energy that's pouring in from the crown chakra,

Just pushing it out from the root chakra,

Back down into the earth nice deep breaths excellent now I want you to come back to the sensation of your body now wiggle your toes wiggle your fingers just keep in mind that you are for the universal energy that we all have access to and when you're ready,

I want you to open your eyes and go out there and have an amazing day

I was looking for a chakra meditation and this popped up (I like to sort by newest since I have been using the app for years now). I noticed that not only is the track new, but so are you (at least as a teacher here). I could feel the love and care you put into this track. It feels different than someone just reading a script - I could sense your kindness, compassion and nurturing love for others in each & every word you spoke. The track is imbued with a comforting, healing essence that I'm sure will make you a favorite of many on here. Thank you for being brave enough to create & share.
