Katrina Sheena Smyth

Katrina Sheena Smyth works with people who have done years of searching - therapy, personal development, other traditions - and still sense that something older is asking to be heard. The missing piece, in her experience, is ancestral rather than personal. She is an ordained Bean Feasa within the living Irish tradition, working with journey work, the bardic arts, and Imbas - the practice of receiving sacred inspiration rather than forcing creative or spiritual life into being. Her sessions weave Irish indigenous practice, somatic awareness, and deep listening into a single contained experience. The work is held within Sacred Hedge Grove, a Druidic school in formation rooted in decolonial and land-based practice. She holds a PhD in the Arts, is an ICF-credentialed coach with over 700 hours of practice, and brings twenty years of contemplative and creative work to every session. Sacred Arts, a year-long formation for those drawn to Irish indigenous practice, opens Imbolc 2027. Katrina hosts a weekly live session every weekend and an Insight Timer community space, Sacred Hedge Grove, for those continuing the practice between sessions.
