Good morning dear one and welcome to another beautiful day.

This day is a gift,

A gift filled with endless possibilities.

A gift because you are here,

Alive and breathing.

If your heart feels tight this morning or there are aches,

Pressures and worries,

Breathe deep into your belly and know that this beautiful day starts with a fresh and nourished mind.

Wherever you are sitting,

Try to come into some stillness.

Continue to breathe in this ripe and precious morning air.

With your eyes closed,

Try to turn your gaze inwards.

Focus on the gentle dark colour behind your eyes and breathe sweetly.

Good morning,

Whisper good morning.

I greet this day with curiosity,

Appreciation and love.

Now focus on your navel,

Breathing into your centre.

I am aware of my body.

I am grounded in my body.

Breathe here,

Allowing your navel to rise and fall.

Then gently take your awareness down to your tailbone.

Imagine roots coming from your tailbone going straight down into the earth.

I am grounded,

I am centred and I am calm.

I am rooted into the earth that holds me.

I am rooted,

I am grounded,

I am centred.

Breathe deeply like you are drawing up energy from the roots in the ground.

Drawing that energy right into your spine,

All the way up into your body.

And I am supported.

I am able to move through my day with grace and ease.

Gently place your hands on your navel and feel the calm,

Resilient balance,

The sturdiness,

The nourishment.

I am ready to greet the beautiful day that awaits me.

Turn the corners of your mouth gently upwards and when you are ready you can slowly blink your eyes open.

I am grounded,

Nourished,

Centred and ready for whatever challenges,

Mysteries and gifts this day has to offer me.
