Welcome.

As we begin,

Find a comfortable seat,

Or you're welcome to lie down.

There's no right or wrong here.

And wherever you choose,

Get comfortable,

Settle in,

Maybe find some pillows to support you,

Lengthen the spine,

Or find something to rest the back against.

Today's theme is about abundance.

So maybe you find your palms open on your lap or on the seat next to you.

If it feels okay,

Close the eyes or find a gentle gaze,

Maybe something in your surroundings that brings you joy and bring your awareness to your breath.

Noticing each inhale and each exhale and finding gratitude in the abundance of the breath flowing through your body.

Our bodies breathe for ourselves without any effort.

How often do we find gratitude for simple things like breathing?

With that gratitude,

Take a great big inhale through the nose,

Open the mouth,

And exhale,

Let it go.

One of my favorite quotes,

It is not joy that makes us grateful.

It is gratitude that makes us joyful.

Notice what comes up for you as you let those words sink in.

It is gratitude that leads to joy.

With your next inhale,

Notice something that you are grateful for on the inhale through the nose and exhale with a smile,

Feeling the joy.

Wayne Dyer said,

Abundance is not something we acquire,

It is something we tune into.

My friend,

Where can you tune in to your abundance?

Take a great big inhale,

Bringing awareness to where you find abundance and exhale,

Notice joy.

You see,

When we are grateful,

It creates awareness.

With that awareness,

We tune in to abundance.

And that abundance leads to joy.

Take a moment here to let that sink in.

Gratitude,

Awareness,

Abundance,

And joy.

Take a great big inhale through the nose,

Exhale,

Let it go.

This is available to you anytime,

Anywhere.

Simply closing your eyes,

Taking a deep breath,

And finding gratitude.

Maybe simply for that deep breath.

And then,

My friend,

It all begins to unfold.

You become aware,

You notice around you where you have abundance,

And then that smile comes and you find joy.

When you're ready,

Gently blinking the eyes open,

Noticing what you've created inside of you,

And now go out in your day and notice the ripples that you create.
