Hi my friends and welcome to this short mindful meditation for moms.
Find a comfortable position,
Perhaps on a chair or cushion,
Allowing your body to settle.
Take a moment to acknowledge this amazing journey you're on as a mom.
Gently close your eyes or soften your gaze if you haven't done so already.
Let's begin by bringing our awareness into the breath.
Take a deep inhale,
Noticing the breath fully expand your chest,
And exhale slowly,
Releasing any tension.
Let each breath take you further into the presence of this moment.
Shift your attention inward.
Notice any sensations of tension or fatigue without judgment and send a warm breath to those areas.
Allow the body to soften.
You've been through a lot and it's okay to take this time to relax.
You may be experiencing a lot of emotions.
Let's take a moment to acknowledge your journey and repeat after me.
I will allow myself to feel all that I am feeling.
All of my thoughts and emotions are valid.
I am allowed to feel them as much as I need to.
I will allow myself to feel all that I am feeling.

Take a moment to acknowledge your own strength and resilience with a few breaths.
As we near the end of this meditation,
Return your attention to the breath.
Feel the gentle rise and fall of your chest.
Slowly open your eyes.
