Hi and welcome to this self-attunement practice.

This is a really important step in embodying what it is that you say you want.

And so we have to know where we're going if we want to get to a certain place.

And so this self-attunement practice will help you attune and begin to embody what it is that you want.

So oftentimes when we're doing the nervous system work in the somatic work,

We want to jump right into this attunement practice.

Because who doesn't want more creativity or abundance or love or joy or happiness in their life?

And so we'll jump to this attunement practice while we're in an activated state.

And so if you feel as if you're in an activated state,

You're in collapse or you're in overwhelm or maybe in freeze or things are really chaotic for you right now,

I recommend that you first work through some of my other recordings.

The discharge release,

The down regulation,

The breathwork practices.

So you can create some space in your body.

It's not that coming to this attunement practice while you're a little more activated is wrong or bad or it's gonna hurt you or anything like that.

But when we come into a practice like this and we're a little more regulated,

We're feeling a little safer in our body and we've released and let go of some of the stress or some of the load that we're carrying,

It gives us an opportunity for the attunement to really stick.

So if that's you,

If you're ready,

I really encourage you to take a moment.

Maybe you pause this recording to get your space situated.

So you can do this practice sitting up.

You can do this practice lying down.

So set up your space.

Grab anything you need to make you feel just a little bit more comfortable.

Help you settle into your body.

Maybe you grab an eye pillow or shut down the lights.

Or grab a blanket.

Maybe you take a moment and just take a sip of water to help you transition from your busy day into this attunement practice.

Helping you attune and embody what it is that you want.

So begin to settle in.

Take some deep inhales,

Some full exhales.

Maybe you sigh out the mouth.

Wiggle your body a bit.

Roll your shoulders.

Finding some relaxation within your muscles,

Your bones,

Your joints.

Melting,

Surrendering,

Softening your body,

Spreading your hips apart,

Allowing your toes to gently fall to the side.

Beginning to breathe all the way down into your feet.

Feeling a sense of groundedness and presence in your body.

Maintaining full,

Rhythmic,

Deep inhales and full exhales.

And we'll begin to attune to the frequency of what you want and change the channel to the frequency that you desire.

And we'll start first by imagining what it is that you'd like to attune to.

To bring one word into your consciousness.

Prosperity,

Joy,

Surrender,

Beauty,

Peace.

Whatever you want to attune yourself to in this moment.

Bring that word into your consciousness in this moment.

And if there was a color that represented the word,

The attunement,

What color would that be?

What color would represent that word that you're attuning your entire body to?

I want you to imagine that color filling up your entire body.

Nice big deep inhale,

Pull your energy and awareness down to your feet.

Exhale,

Pause with your awareness at your feet.

Maybe you imagine this color of the frequency that you're attuning to at the bottom of your feet like an orb.

And as you inhale this colorful orb of what you're attuning to,

On the inhale draws up your central channel,

Your spine,

Filling up every cell of your body as it moves slowly and gently all the way to the crown of your head.

You might pause on the inhale for a moment,

Really let the color fill you up from the inside.

And then when you're ready on the exhale,

That orb of light travels from the crown of your head back towards your feet,

Down your central channel,

Filling up every cell of your body.

You might even think about that orb radiating the color,

The light,

Expanding the frequency of love or joy,

Abundance,

Or whatever the word is,

Whatever you're attuning to,

It's radiating out that orb of light.

And you'll pause again at the feet.

You might take an inhale and an exhale.

And whenever you're ready,

We'll do this one more time,

Gently with intention and allowing that radiating ball of light up your spine and it radiates out to every cell of your being as it travels to the crown of the head.

It's filling up your bones and your joints and your fascia and your organs and everything in between.

That frequency of what you're attuning to gets radiated out throughout your entire body from the crown of your head all the way to the tips of your toes.

Taking another moment here and filling up with each inhale,

Each exhale.

Keeping that word,

That attunement in your consciousness,

That color throughout your entire body.

And then on this next inhale,

As that orb of light is down at your feet once again,

We'll fill your energetic field that surrounds you with this attunement in this color.

And so draw your awareness to your feet once again.

And on that inhale,

This time,

You'll bring that orb of light all the way up to the crown of the head.

And you'll let that orb of light shine out the crown of the head and around your field,

Around your body,

In your field,

About five or six feet,

360 degrees in all direction.

Now filling up the space around you,

Your energetic field,

With that color,

With that frequency,

With that vibration of what you're attuning to.

All around you is this bubble of the frequency of the light,

Of the energy,

Of the vibration of what you want.

And as you're sitting in this attunement,

I want you to imagine if you could be creative in how you bring this frequency into your bubble by either painting,

Or maybe you have this beautiful spray paint,

Or you have some colored pencils or some markers,

And you write the word on the bubble that surrounds you.

You can write in the air,

You can write on the wall of your bubble.

You might also decide to sing the word and use the frequency of your own sound to fill up your bubble.

Or maybe you imagine yourself standing up and moving your body to express this new attunement.

However you decide to bring in some creativity,

Some flow into this imagination,

Into this experience of attunement.

Whatever you decide is perfect.

Giving you a minute or two to just explore how you might want to embody this experience,

This new attunement,

Through your voice,

Through your movement,

Through your creativity,

Writing the word in the air with spray paint,

Or painting with watercolor.

No wrong way to do this.

Just explore,

Have fun,

Be creative,

Be playful.

That's it.

Stay in your bubble,

In your experience of what it's like to be in that attunement,

That frequency,

That vibration of what it is that you desire.

Now sitting quietly,

Coming back to those full inhales,

Full exhales,

Finding some rhythm in your breath,

Some fluidity,

Some flow in through the nose,

Belly rises,

Out through the nose,

Belly falls.

I invite you now to spell the word.

As you spell the word,

You can say the letters out loud.

Love,

L-O-V-E.

Do this several times,

Repeating the word out loud or to yourself and then spelling the word.

Love,

L-O-V-E.

And when you feel complete,

You feel ready,

There's no rush.

You can stay in the frequency and vibration of what you're attuning to through your bubble for as long as you would like.

If you're ready to move on with your day,

You can place one hand on your heart or you can take your arms and wrap them around you for a hug.

Just sealing in this attunement in this practice,

Bringing in some more somatic cues so you can remember what it feels like to be in the vibration of what you want and what it feels like to embody that frequency.
