Transcript

Find a comfortable position,

Either sitting or lying down.

In this meditation,

You will deeply oxygenate your body,

Enhancing your focus,

Vitality and overall well-being.

You will be breathing deeply through the mouth,

Allowing maximum oxygen to reach every cell in your body to nourish and recalibrate.

To help you fully engage in this practice,

Place one hand on your belly and as you breathe,

Feel your belly rise and fall.

This will be a reminder to breathe deeply in order to get the most out of this experience.

The frequencies of sound in the background will assist you in relaxing and sinking deeper into a state of renewal and reset.

You will also hear the sound of breath to keep you anchored in the rhythm.

As we proceed,

You may discover your own natural pace,

Which is perfectly fine.

Try to maintain consistent,

Full breaths.

And let's begin.

To return to its natural rhythm,

Feel the energy in your body,

Feel the sensations.

The sense of calm,

Clarity and vitality.

Take as long as you need to come back to this present moment and when you feel ready,

You might gently start to wiggle your fingers and your toes and slowly open your eyes with love and light.
