Shift your attention to the beauty of nature surrounding you.
Whether you are indoors or outdoors there is always something to appreciate.
Take a moment to observe the colors,
Textures and sounds of nature.
Allow yourself to fully immerse in the beauty that surrounds you.
Now expand your gratitude to everything around you.
Express appreciation for the people in your life,
The opportunities that come your way and the simple pleasures that bring joy to your day.
