Welcome,
Love.
Today's meditation will be focused on restoring sensuality.
Please take a moment to find stillness.
Allow your body to settle into a comfortable position.
Whether you are lying down or sitting upright,
Allow yourself to be supported.
Begin by closing your eyes and bringing all of your awareness focused inward.
Let's take a deep breath in slowly through your nose and exhale gently out of the mouth.
Once again,
Breathe in through the nose,
Filling the belly,
Filling the chest,
And slowly let it go.
Let yourself arrive here.
Let this be your sanctuary,
A space of softness,
Of presence,
A space of sensual restoration.
Feel the ground beneath you,
Rooting you and holding you.
With each breath,
Guide your attention downward,
Down from your thoughts and deeper into the body.
Notice your feet.
Let your awareness rest there for a moment.
Gently draw it up to your calves.
Slowly notice your thighs.
Feel the energy wrapping around your hips.
Can you sense the warmth beneath your skin?
The subtle tingles,
The quiet hum of aliveness.
There is nothing to fix,
Nothing to achieve.
Just this,
The sacred feeling of being in your body.
Now gently invite your senses to awaken.
Notice the air around you,
Cool or warm,
As it softly kisses your skin.
Tune into the sounds in your space.
Simply let them come and go.
No judgment,
Just presence.
Can you taste your breath?
What flavor or texture lingers on your tongue?
Take your time here.
If your eyes were open,
What colors or shapes might you see?
Notice what's below the surface.
Maintaining a steady breath,
Bring awareness to your sense of smell,
Even if it's faint or nothing at all.
Simply notice.
For all of your senses are ancient messengers.
Each one is a portal home,
Returning you to this moment,
To your pleasure,
To the divine aliveness within you.
Sensuality is not only about sexuality,
It is the art of feeling,
Of noticing,
The art of simply being.
To be sensual is to be present,
To savor life with every breath.
Imagine yourself in a place of deep sensuality.
Perhaps you're in a sunlit room,
Draped in silk,
Dancing slowly,
Freely,
With your eyes closed.
Or perhaps wading into the ocean,
Skin bathed in salt and sun.
Wherever you are,
Feel the scene with your entire body.
Let your breath slow down,
Let yourself receive.
Can you let this imagined moment become real in your nervous system?
Allowing it to imprint softness,
Safety,
And permission.
Permission to feel,
Permission to enjoy,
To come alive.
I'd like for you to allow these words to wash over you.
You may whisper them gently,
Or simply receive.
I am safe to feel.
My body is sacred and alive.
Sensuality flows through me like warm honey.
I honor my pleasure.
I reclaim the fullness of my power.
I am home in my body.
Let these truths root deeply.
Let them bloom inside of you.
Take your time.
Allowing yourself to simply be.
When you feel ready,
Begin to return slowly.
Noticing your breath,
The rise and the fall,
The rhythm of life.
You may wiggle your fingers,
Bend your toes,
Gently stretch if it feels good.
Now take one final nourishing breath in,
And exhale with a soft sigh.
When you feel ready,
You may open your eyes,
Or keep them closed,
And carry this feeling forward.
This sensual presence is always within you.
It is your birthright.
It is your purpose.
It is your power.
Thank yourself for showing up.
For being here.
And remember,
You are whole.
You are radiant.
You are free.
