Make yourself comfortable and gently closing your eyes.

Take a nice inhale and gently tuning into your breath,

Feeling the spaciousness that your breath creates,

Feeling your breath rising and feeling the lengthening within your exhalation.

Take a nice deep breath in through your nose and slowly release it through your mouth.

Allow your body to gently soften into stillness,

Bringing your awareness to your spine,

Feeling it lengthen and expand with each breath.

Rising your breath on each inhalation and releasing with each exhalation.

Feeling your spine lengthening as though a golden thread is lifting you upwards,

Imagining a soft light at the base of your spine and with each breath this light rises,

Illuminating your energy centers one by one,

Breathing into your root,

Into your sacral,

Into your solar plexus,

Your heart,

Your throat,

Third eye.

Sensing the energy of the earth beneath you,

Grounding and nourishing.

Sense the energy of the cosmos above you,

Fast and infinite.

You are the bridge between heaven and earth,

In micro to macro.

Place both hands over your heart,

Begin breathing slowly into your heart space.

Inhaling for approximately 5 seconds,

Hold for about 5 seconds,

Exhaling for 5 and resting your breath for 5.

Continue in this rhythm,

Inhaling for 5 seconds,

Holding for 5 seconds,

Exhaling for 5 seconds and resting,

Pausing for 5 seconds before the continuation and expansion of your breath.

Continuing this rhythm within your own comforts,

Feeling the waves of your breath,

The continuation.

There is no beginning,

No end,

But a beautiful rhythm,

A beautiful flow,

A beautiful harmony.

Feel the waves of coherency radiating outwards,

Harmonizing your mind,

Your emotions,

Your body and spirit.

I invite you to form a clear intention for your day,

Not as words,

But as feelings.

Choosing gratitude,

Inspiration,

Empowerment,

Love.

Let the feelings of your intention expand within every cell of your body,

Within your entire auric field.

Feeling,

Visualizing and connecting your breath to carry this wave throughout your entire energy field.

See yourself living this intention,

Moving through your day in flow,

In harmony,

In joy.

Anchor your intention with gratitude.

Gratitude tells the universe it already has been done.

Breathing into your physical body,

Fully anchored in the present moment.

Letting your breath rise and on the exhalation anchoring all the way into the earth,

Grounding,

Nourishing,

Connecting,

Stabilizing.

And from this place,

Asking your energy field,

What do I need today?

How do I need to be supported by myself,

My environment,

The flow of the day?

And gently listen to what you receive,

What you hear,

What you notice.

Letting it come to you,

Honoring your true self,

Your true light,

Honoring your heart,

Your spirit,

Your soul.

Take three slow,

Deep breaths,

Inhaling and exhaling.

When you're ready,

Gently open your eyes,

Awake,

Aligned and radiant.
