Make yourself comfortable,

Close your eyes and take a nice deep breath in and slowly exhale.

Notice your body,

Your thoughts and your energy right now.

Simply observe,

No judgment,

Letting your breath flow,

Creating spaciousness and an entrance into the field of stillness and inner alignment.

Now imagine a beam of light descending from above,

Entering through your crown of your head.

It flows down your spine like a waterfall of light,

Cleansing,

Balancing and restoring.

Each exhale releases what no longer serves you and each inhale aligns you with vitality.

Bring your awareness to your heart,

Feel its gentle rhythm,

Letting your breath move into your heart space,

Letting your breath hug your heart and calling upon your soul's essence,

Your higher self,

Your connections with spirit,

With source energy.

Feeling how your breath can hold your heart,

Inhaling peace and exhaling gratitude.

With every breath,

Your heart and mind synchronize,

Creating coherency.

Now expand your awareness beyond your physical body,

Seeing your energy field radiating outwards,

Two meters,

Six feet in every direction or a little bit more expanded,

Filling in this entire space comfortably,

Spacious,

Feeling yourself as a field of harmony,

Influencing everything around you.

See your highest self,

Clear,

Steady,

Grounded,

Creative,

Guiding the rest of your day.

I am centered.

I am coherent.
