The breath that releases. This practice works with letting go: softening the spine, emptying what's full, and settling into the ease that lives at the end of things. We'll move through long, folded holds across the back body, with kidney and bladder meridian work and a quality of surrender that doesn't ask for effort. Expect a slow, grounding hour that lets the nervous system downshift and leaves you lighter than you arrived. Props are optional but welcome if you have them: a block, bolster, or pillow to support the folds and help you settle deeper without strain. No prior experience needed, and the class stands on its own whether or not you joined the earlier two.
