Welcome to Day 12 of our 21-Day Meditation Challenge for Weight Loss! Today, we’ll focus on building inner strength. Inner strength is the foundation that allows us to stay resilient in the face of challenges, remain committed to our goals, and maintain a positive mindset throughout our journey.

Hi,

It's JJ.

Welcome to day 12 of our 21-day meditation challenge for weight loss.

Today,

We will focus on building inner strength.

Inner strength is the foundation that allows us to stay resilient in the face of a challenge,

Remain committed to our goals and maintain a positive mindset throughout our journey.

Find a comfortable seated position either on a chair with your feet flat on the ground or cross-legged on a cushion.

Allow your spine to be straight yet relaxed and rest your hands gently on your knees or in your lap.

Close your eyes and take a deep breath in through your nose.

Filling your lungs completely.

Hold a breath for a moment then exhale slowly through your mouth.

Releasing any tension.

Repeat this two more times and each time feeling more centered and calm.

Bring your awareness to the center of your body just below your navel where your core strength resides.

This area is often associated with personal power and resilience.

As you breathe in,

Imagine drawing energy into the center.

Feel it growing stronger with each inhale becoming a bright warm light that radiates throughout your entire being.

As you exhale,

Allow this light to spread and fill your entire body with a sense of freedom.

A sense of strength,

Stability and confidence.

Now think of a challenge you have currently facing.

Whether it's related to your weight loss journey or another aspect of your life.

Bring this challenge into your awareness but don't let it overwhelm you.

Instead,

Imagine approaching this challenge with the inner strength you have cultivated.

See yourself handling the situation with calm,

Clarity and confidence.

Know that you have the inner resources to overcome any obstacle.

As you continue to breathe,

Let this sense of strength anchor you,

Giving you the courage to face challenge head-on and resilient to keep moving forward no matter what.

Now that you have connected with your inner strength,

Take a moment to set an intention for how you will carry this strength with you throughout the day.

It might be something like I approach every challenge with confidence and resilience.

Or I draw on my inner strength to stay committed to my goals.

Silently repeat your intention to yourself,

Letting it resonate throughout your entire being.

Feel this intention empowering you as you move through your day.

Take a final deep breath in and filling your body with the energy and strength you have cultivated during this practice.

Exhale slowly and bring your awareness back to the present.

Gently wiggle your fingers and toes.

Stretch if you need to.

When you are ready,

Open your eyes,

Feeling strong,

Resilient and ready to continue your journey with confidence.

Thank yourself for dedicating this time to build inner strength.
