Good morning Welcome to day four of our 21-day journey with morning mantras today We are going to focus on the beauty of the present moment in our busy lives We often rush past the now Chasing the next thing on our to-do list but There is immense joy and peace to be found in simply being here in this moment Let's ground ourself in the now with today's mantra Feel free to repeat after me out loud or in your heart.

I am fully present in this moment Each second is a precious gift and I embrace it with an open heart Here and now I Find a peace and joy Let this mantra be a reminder throughout your day to pause breathe and appreciate the now Notice the small wonders around you the texture of your experience the simple beauty of being alive Let's take a few mindful breaths together With each inhale Feel the present moment with each exhale Release any thoughts of a past or future one more time Just be here in the peaceful now Thank you for sharing this moment with me It's in this small shared moments of a presence that we find true connection and Peace I'm looking forward to continue our journey tomorrow for day five Until then Remember to cherish each moment today Namaste
