Energy is your currency,
Is your life force,
Is your energy force.
So it's your power.
If you give it away,
For whatever reason that is,
No one has stolen and took it from you.
But you always give it to someone out of survival,
Out of love,
Out of fear.
And there are signs you have given your energy away.
Not only you feel uninspired and stuck,
You might feel also sluggish,
Tired,
Exhausted,
Fatigued.
So the signs you have given your energy away,
And it can be your ex,
It can be your lover,
Partner,
It can be your children,
It can be your family member,
It can be your friend,
It can be your boss,
Your colleague,
Whatever,
Any person,
It can be really any person.
So the signs are those.
You feel smaller in their presence or in memory of them when you think about them.
So when you think about them,
You suddenly feel less than them,
Less beautiful,
Less intelligent,
Less important,
Less worthy.
You start comparing yourself unconsciously and you shrink,
As if they are the standard and you are lacking.
This is a clear sign that your energy has been projected outwards onto them and you are seeing their light as greater than yours.
Because you gave them your own.
You gave them your energy and therefore you gave them your light.
You diminish yourself to stay connected.
You dim your radiance just enough to be acceptable to them.
You avoid saying what you really think.
You silence your voice so they don't leave and so they love you more.
And this is not love,
This is unconscious contract.
I will be small so you don't feel threatened.
You can't stop thinking about them.
They haunt your thoughts.
Even if the relationship is over,
Even if you don't see them,
Even if it was years ago,
Your energy still flows to them,
Like a cord that never got unplugged.
It is not obsession,
It is energy leakage.
You feel responsible for their emotions.
So if they are sad,
You feel guilty.
If they are angry,
You try to fix it.
And if they suffer,
You abandon yourself.
You abandon your own needs in order to help them.
Somewhere along the line,
You gave away your center to save them.
You are seeking approval you will never receive.
You are still waiting for them to say you were enough,
You are good,
You matter.
You gave them the power to validate you.
And that's a power you can only reclaim.
Your creativity or joy feels blocked.
You feel foggy,
Uninspired,
Disconnected.
You can't access your own voice or flow.
You feel stuck.
It's often because your life force is still entangled with theirs.
You gave part of your creative energy to a version of yourself that still plays the old game.
You experience emotional turbulence.
One moment you are fine,
The next you are anxious,
Sad,
Enraged.
Often for no obvious reason.
It's usually not yours.
You are still energetically carrying them or acting out of unresolved contract.
You avoid stepping into your power.
You are afraid to be seen.
You are afraid to rise.
You are afraid to lead.
Why?
Because something in you believes,
If I become powerful,
I will lose them.
If I shine,
I will hurt them.
You gave your power away to protect their fragility.
And now your soul is asking you to take it back.
Let's go further into the moral signs.
So,
Let's summarize it.
You feel smaller in their presence.
So,
When you are around them or even thinking about them,
You feel not enough.
You suddenly question yourself,
Your beauty,
Your brilliance,
Your worth.
You feel younger,
Smaller,
Like a child again.
Why?
Because your energy is still seeing them as the sun and you are a satellite.
You gave them the power to define who you are.
You feel their needs are more important than yours.
You put them first.
You sacrifice your rest,
Your time,
Your body,
Your dreams because they need you.
You feel guilty for choosing yourself.
Why?
Because somewhere inside you made a so deep promise.
I will save you.
I will carry you.
I will be the strong one.
You gave your energy in the form of emotional servitude.
You can't say what you really think.
You fear that being honest will hurt them.
So,
You filter yourself.
You walk on eggshells.
You become a mask of yourself.
Why?
Because you gave your voice a way to preserve the bond.
If I speak my truth,
They will leave me.
And so,
Your truth was sacrificed for their comfort.
You keep waiting for them to acknowledge you.
You still want them to say,
I see you,
I am proud of you,
I was wrong,
You mattered.
You long for validation,
Closure,
Apology,
But it never comes.
Why?
Because you gave them the authority over your emotional closure.
And as long as you wait,
Your energy stays stuck in the past.
You replay conversations or fantasies.
You rehearse arguments in your head.
You imagine what you could have said.
You fantasize about finally being chosen,
Loved,
Understood.
Why?
Because your energy is still looping through old emotional timeline.
You are trying to resolve unresolvable with your life force.
You feel contracted or tense when you think of them.
Your shoulders rise,
Your stomach tightens,
Your jaw locks.
You feel triggered just by their name or voice or message.
Why?
Because your body is still holding the emotional charge as if it must stay alert for their impact.
You subconsciously wait for their permission.
You want to change,
Rise,
Shine,
But something in you waits.
Will they approve?
Will they attack me?
Will they be okay?
Why?
Because their voice became your inner censor.
And so your own expansion is paused by the echo of their judgment.
You guilt yourself for outgrowing them.
You feel bad for rising when they are stuck.
You shrink so they won't feel abandoned.
You delay your joy because they are still in pain.
Why?
Because your energy is entangled in loyalty.
Not love.
Entangled in loyalty.
And the game says I won't move on until you are okay.
So my beloved,
These are signs you give your energy away to the specific person.
