Hi guys this is the most sacred and profound healing and freeing video I have ever done. This is something you would procrastinate or I would procrastinate for years, For lifetimes. It is something which you might thought in the past that is unbreakable, That is unable, It is impossible. And what I am talking about, These lifetimes of the karma, Lifetimes or years of experiencing the same pain, Suffering, Not enoughness, Luckness, Some situation, Negative pattern which is repeating over and over and over. You know that, Do you? I know it very well. I experienced it as a child. I didn't want to live with the father who was alcoholic and who was abusive and who was aggressive. I didn't want to die every night and worried about my mother and siblings that someone dies. I didn't want that. But I had to experience it for 22 years. Has it had a profound effect on my life later on? Yes, Because all the time when suffering came or something turned into from good to bad, I stuck with that badness. People say or other coaches say keep thinking positive thoughts or expect the best. But it was never my case. I always expected worse because that was my experience. And I bet if you were drawn to that video, A part of you knows what I'm talking about and part of you wants that freedom. It took me many years and many lifetimes to find out how to release yourself from bad karma, From bad negative pattern. How to release yourself from the fear, From the fear-based experiences and the darkness. Because the more you fight it, The more you don't want it, The more you go deeper into it. More deeper into the trauma, More deeper into unwanted situation, More deeper into struggling, More deeper into suffering. The more you fight, The more you go deeper, You sink deeper. It's horrifying because there is no one else to help you, Just you and you're trying always your best. But trying the best, It's sometimes sinking deeper. So what I what I want you to do is experience freedom. Miraculous freedom within 15 minutes we spent together today. Freeing yourself mentally, Emotionally, Psychologically, Spiritually, Energetically from everything but karma, Karma, Negative patterns, From fear, Fear-based beliefs, Fear-based reality from limiting beliefs which keeps you stuck, Limited in pain and suffering. So let's start together. Let's free your mind and your spirit and your soul. Let's free yourself. So move your awareness to your heart and take a deep breath with me right now. Be in present moment right now with me. Let's together take deep breath through your nose to your heart and be fully present and release any tension through your mouth. Now bring into awareness exactly what you don't want, What you don't like, What you feel stuck in for years. Whatever situation, Whatever thinking, Whatever physical reality that is, It doesn't matter. Whatever that is, Bring it into your full awareness. Don't try to hide it, Don't try to not think about it. Bring all negative emotions and feelings into your now moment right here right now, Into the presentness of this now moment, Into the present moment and let's look at it together. So take a deep breath through your nose to your heart and release any fear of looking at your situation, At your pattern, At your suffering and fully look at it. Fully allow all its entanglement, All those unpleasant thoughts and emotions. Allow them to flood your existence in the present moment right now. Allow it, Don't hold it back, Don't resist it, Don't hide from it and at the same time don't do nothing, Don't do anything with it. Don't correct it, Don't fix it, Don't try to make it go away. So can you do it? Can we do it together? Take a deep breath through your nose to your heart, Release all your control mechanisms, All your fears about fears and that it will never change because that never worked before and now we are going to do it differently. And with the release and with your breath out, Allow all negativity, Unpleasant feelings and thoughts about the situation, Whatever that is, Which is going on and on for years and years or months and months or weeks or days. Doesn't matter but for you it's eternity and you don't want it. So allow all those stored emotions, Negative emotions, Stored unpleasant thoughts, Flood your entire body and all I ask you just sit with me there with it, Without fighting, Without inner resistance, Relax your body, Relax your mind and be in present moment with me. So we will be only breathing together and you allow it to breathe, You don't fight anything. So whatever comes to you, You just observe it. So take a deep breath with me through your nose to your heart and release any tension through your mouth. Take another deep breath through your nose to your heart, Relax your body, Don't fight anything, Allow everything comes to you, Coming to the surface and you just observe it, You are in present moment with it, With all negativity, With all unpleasantness. You are allowing it, You are accepting, Accept all negative feelings and emotions and what was happening to you all over the years, Months or days. Another deep breath through your nose to your heart and release any tension through your mouth. Just stay in the present moment with that situation, Feel it, See it, Be brave, Just be with it, Do nothing and do nothing. Take a deep breath through your nose to your heart and release any tension through your mouth. Take another deep breath through your nose to your heart and release any tension through your mouth. Stay with it in the present moment. Take another deep breath through your nose to your heart and release any tension through your mouth. Well done. You can manage, We will be together another, Let's say, Four minutes. So you are not doing it alone. You are facing your situation with open heart, With relaxed body, With the most courage you have. You do nothing, You just allow negativity, Negative thoughts and emotions floods your entire body and you just relax your body and breath, Nothing else. You accepted everything, Every emotion, Every thought, Whole situation, Whole pattern. Not fixing anything, Not trying to get it away, Change it, None of it. You do nothing. Take a deep breath through your nose to your heart and release any tension through your mouth. Well done. Another three minutes. Take another deep breath through your nose to your heart. Relax your whole body, All body and release any tension through your mouth. Take another deep breath through your nose to your heart and release any tension through your mouth. Take another deep breath through your nose to your heart and release any tension through your mouth. Two more minutes. Accept it all as it is. Don't change it. Accept it and the moment you accept it and you don't fight with it, If you allow all negativity and unpleasant emotions and feelings flood your entire body, It leaves your entire existence, It leaves your body, It leaves your existence, It leaves your reality. It's gone. Take a deep breath through your nose to your heart and release any tension through your mouth. Take another deep breath through your nose to your heart and release any tension through your mouth. Another one minute. Freedom. Behind all this process is your inner freedom. Take another deep breath through your nose to your heart and release any tension through your mouth. Another half of the minute. Take another deep breath through your nose to your heart and release any tension through your mouth. Just do last minute, Additional last minute. Take another deep breath through your nose to your heart and release any tension through your mouth and everything which you were holding on up to, Just let it go. Release it. Do nothing. Just relax your mind and body. Don't fight anything. I think we've done good job because even my dogs are relaxed. They released all the tension. So well done, Courageous soul. Well done. This is the secret to inner freedom and to changing reality, Especially when you felt stuck for years or lifetimes, When nothing seemed to work and it seems like you are waiting for something. It is really releasing that. Releasing that resistance against fear and current situation so you can move forward. It's releasing that imprisonment within you. So really repeat this process as much as you need. You should feel freer each time. You should see the movement after this is done. You should see the change. So much love to you all.
