Hello guys and this is video for someone who really wants to get healthy naturally,
Who is not afraid and scared to dive deep into natural healing and these are really practical and real steps I took to overcome my adrenal gland fatigue,
In other words chronic fatigue syndrome,
Autoimmune illness of Hashimoto and some really bad PMS syndromes or womb,
Ovaries,
Pains.
So for the last.
.
.
I have improved so well that I haven't seen the doctor for the last six years and at the beginning I had to sleep like 20 hours per day,
Up to 20 hours per day and I would,
When I work full-time,
I would only work then I would go home and sleep and during the weekend I couldn't do anything,
I had to just relax so I would have energy for the whole week.
So it wasn't really the life,
I didn't have the life and I remember having chronic fatigue syndrome as a teenager,
Even as a child and the reason I had it,
Because I experienced really horror and trauma as a child,
Violence and aggression.
I could not sleep each night because my father was alcoholic and aggressive and violent so we would have scenes and we would experience his outburst each day,
Each day for the 22 years and I never knew who will die and I was trying to protect my mom and siblings and also I would live my life.
So what is the practical,
Really practical steps for you to overcome your autoimmune illness,
Your chronic fatigue syndrome,
Whatever illness you've got.
So first practical step is to see the difference right now,
Is to release any negative unpleasant emotions.
The way you can do it at the beginning you can do tapping,
Just tapping on the fear when you feel fear,
Tapping on the sadness when you feel sadness,
Just tap it out and say I release or I feel it fully.
The practical advice,
Whether you do it mentally with me during those meditations,
You can use the meditations too which I have on my channel,
It's called sitting with the fear and inner alchemy,
Give up inner fighting.
So any time when you are triggered or feel an emotion,
With the first video you sit with that emotions,
Feel it fully and with the second video you do guided journaling.
So you are asking yourself why do I care,
Why does it hurt me,
Why do I feel the way I feel.
So you find a root cause just at the beginning it's it's helpful when you know what's going on behind the scenes,
So then you release it much faster.
That is the reason why you do it this way.
I was doing it that way.
The reason why I stopped doing EFT because I when I tapped I really didn't like unpleasant emotions anymore,
I don't want to deal with unpleasant emotions anymore.
So I would,
When I tapped I would be in the mind and just do the tapping and it didn't work as well as at the beginning when I went full on.
So if you want tapping or any method to work there are two advices for you.
You need to drop fully into your body.
Honestly you need to not to be in your mind but fully drop into your body,
Be fully in the present moment.
This on its own is extremely uncomfortable because during that process you already meet so many unpleasant emotions and thoughts that it will might be very overloading or very difficult or scary rather.
So you will need someone to hold your energy.
That's why I do these guided meditations and guided healing sessions.
So I hold your energy there,
You are not scared.
There is someone behind you so we can relax.
You need to feel safe as well.
So it is drop into the body,
Drop into your heart and drop into the present moment and then allow yourself to fully feel the emotion without doing anything.
You just observe the emotions,
You are in the heart observing emotions fully,
Allowing to feel it and bubble out the suppressed emotion through your body.
That means you need to relax,
Slow down and relax.
So that's my really really practical tips.
When you do it this way it will work for sure,
100% it works.
Then you need to have courage of course because some unpleasant emotions like fear of darkness or you know that suppressed horror might be very very unpleasant.
So you can do it bits by bits each day or you can dive deep at once.
It depends on you how fast you want to release it and how much energy you've got.
You need to have energy for it,
You need to have time for it of course.
So this is that and if I was to craft you a healing journey the way I did it,
I would do it through the manifesting.
So healing through manifesting was always for me the fastest.
So if I just concentrated on the health it didn't work so well.
But if I concentrated like at the beginning I only concentrated on love within me.
That means if you are in your body,
In your heart and in the present moment and you state for yourself I am lovable,
Simple truth and think when you say yourself I am lovable.
The probability that you've got thousands of negative programmings and suppress emotions around that theme is almost 100%.
It's for sure.
So for me the biggest improvement was when I was stating for myself I am lovable.
And there are also two ways you can do it.
First one I'm not going to describe it.
There is already program self-love subconscious records.
You can do it this way.
So you cross,
I'll share with you quickly how it is done.
So you don't need to purchase anything.
So you cross your arms and legs and before sleep you say for yourself I am lovable.
One code you do for three nights in a row.
And all everything which is negative programming and suppress emotions around that subject when you state it before night you do it in neutrality.
So you relax you're in the body and in your heart.
You breathe through your heart.
You state it through your heart.
You're fully in the body but you are in neutral state of being okay.
And then everything else is released during the during the sleep.
The second way you can do it is during the day and you really want to disturb all negative programmings which are there.
So when you say in heart and in the present moment you're fully in your body.
You're fully in the present moment.
You slow down and relax and you state for yourself during the day when your mind is crazily,
When it's crazy and and hectic and it is fully on.
You state for yourself I am lovable.
Then suddenly your body tells you where you store the negative programmings and suppress the emotions and store trauma around that subject.
So everywhere where it hurts,
It's unpleasant.
Then suddenly I don't know you feel awkward,
You feel irritated and then there is a strange feeling around I don't know solar plexus and heart.
Then what you want to do is you state that for few few times okay I'm lovable because you want to bring it up.
You want to disturb those emotions and those negative programmings.
And then what you want to do is the same.
You relax your body,
You are in present moment,
You are in the heart,
You are in neutrality and you observe those emotions and those mainly emotions don't go into the thought pattern as such because you get lost.
If you go to the mind and observe the thought patterns you will lose the battle.
So what you want to do only on concentrate always always only on the emotion because the moment when you release the emotional charge of the certain programming or belief system it is not active anymore.
It doesn't have power over you.
It doesn't bring negative patterns into your life anymore.
It doesn't perpetuate the same negative cycle in your life.
So the theme is first one I am love or I am lovable.
Very strong one.
Really I had the biggest improvements just doing this work around I am love or I am lovable.
The second one is I am value,
I am money.
That release a lot of fear around us,
Around masculinity,
About my worthiness,
About authorities,
About me being able,
Being safe and being powerful and being sovereign being.
That was extremely powerful and lots of fears from our adrenal glands got released with those those codes,
Sacred codes.
Then I am infinitely worthy and I'm infinitely valuable.
And those all those codes which I just mentioned those will help you to release all the main issues around the root causes why you really got sick in the first place,
Why you've got autoimmune illness,
Why you've got adrenal gland fatigue or you've got chronic fatigue syndrome.
It is really just so many stored negative emotions and the way you think about yourself,
You go against yourself.
In autoimmunity your immunity goes against yourself.
But on spiritual level you hate yourself actually,
You don't value yourself,
You don't see worth within yourself only,
Because you haven't seen as a child that someone valued you,
Someone accepted you,
That someone would love you the way you needed it.
So it is very powerful and deep work.
